Dr. Kramer immediately did a thorough examination of dermatological issues. She had her technician take detailed notes as she interviewed me and simultaneously dictated her analysis with a careful skin profile(s) to the assistant. After further questioning she responded with an immediate analysis and a prescription and RX skin lotion solution. Through the full interview Dr. Kramer exhibited a very caring and concerned bedside manner. She is a wonderful doctor.
