LaserAway Palo Alto

I’ve never done any kind of laser hair removal or cosmetic derm treatments in the past, but the staff at the Palo Alto LaserAway makes me feel welcomed and at ease every time. I have gotten a few underarm hair removal treatments now, and always have good experiences. Amanda was amazing as my clinician today. She checks in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and is easy to chat with. The staff at the front desk are always nice and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this location to any beginners like me.

Came in for my hydro facial today. Samantha took care of me and was very sweet & knowledgeable. Made me feel super comfy and informed every step of the way! Irvin from the front desk greeted me/checked me in, super sweet as well! Great customer service, and made sure I was well taken care of. Even offered me some hot tea before heading out 🙂 thanks guys!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Irvin, and let me tell you, he’s the best! His friendly attitude and great conversation made me feel so welcome right away. Irvin is super knowledgeable about the products and services at LaserAway, and he made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. I didn’t want to leave because it felt like I was talking with the best friend. He made me feel that comfortable! As for my treatments, Scott has been the one to take care of me both times I've been in. He is absolutely incredible! I felt minimal pain during the service, which is a huge improvement compared to my last experience at a different location where I was in extreme pain (not with Scott). Scott is not only skilled but also super friendly, kind, and patient. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to handle my treatments. I also want to give a special shoutout to Alex! She is so amazing and genuinely kind. It’s people like her, Irvin, and Scott that make this LaserAway location stand out. Honestly, I’m so happy to have found this place! It’s now my go-to for all my laser treatments, and I look forward to my appointments every time. The staff here is top tier, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional service and care!

I can’t say enough good things about Sam at LaserAway! She was absolutely amazing during my treatment. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. Sam explained everything so clearly and took her time to make sure I understood what to expect. 🙂 She’s super friendly and professional, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. What I appreciated most was how gentle and detail-oriented she was—she made the whole process quick, easy, and totally stress-free. If you’re thinking about booking a treatment, definitely go with Sam! She’s the sweetest and truly makes the entire experience so positive.

I had the best experience at Laser away in Palo Alto, all the front desk staff and nurses are super friendly and helpful with all the questions you have ! I highly recommend this location to anyone who need any laser treatment or facial treatments !!

All the staff super nice ,I was attended front desk by Irvin and he was super nice and friendly he told me all the promotions and he answer all my questions super friendly! And Nalis did my laser and she was very nice bc my pain tolerance is horrible and she was very patient with me.

Irvin & Scott were incredible! Irvin was amazing at finding me a deal for laser hair removal and Xeomin (Botox) treatments that’d normally be thousands at other places. Scott was equally amazing in his process of walking me through the process of a first timer with botox and laser treatments, he put me at ease. I’d highly recommend asking for both Scott & Irvin. Their professionalism & demeanor just makes you feel welcome !
