It’s rather smaller than my usual store but it’s good enough. Tons of sales for Black Friday now. Love this store specially for my Replica

I was in there today was trying to get exchange for 2 items didn’t know the return policy the item was not used but it just didn’t work for me they were unable to help me then the manager I believe her name is cherry he had attitude she has no manners how to talk to her customers I asked her if she can override it. There is no way a manager she told me she cannot override the return because like I mentioned, I did not know the return policy was only 30 days and I asked her nicely. I would like to do an exchange and she did have a lot of attitude. She just doesn’t know how to deal with her customers. She needs to get trained on how to talk to a customer with more respect and able to help out because I come in there most of the time if that’s the case then people will not come in there to shop if that’s how they’re gonna treat customer specially if you are a manager, you should be well trained. I will talk to the customers. And how to help ur customer otherwise Sephora will lose customers because of those kind of mangers

Horrible customer service. Today was my first visit to this Sephora location & I was disappointed. I came to pick up an online order & decided to stay a bit to try some powders. During my stay, I was treated with contempt & had to hunt down staff members who were just staring at me for assistance. Also, staff member Sarah told me I could use the vanity area to try on testers & then the manager came up to me & told me I couldn’t sit there. That was embarrassing & rude, never coming back.

I was going to buy a few items that I was low on but I honestly walked out and didn’t buy anything because the workers were so rude. They just stand there staring at you as if you’re going to steal. They don’t know how to treat their customers at all. They pretend like they’re using testers and they just stand there, listen to your conversations and give you weird stares. This is why I go to Ulta and not Sephora. Or I buy directly from websites. I tried to ask a question and I was given attitude.

Was greeted by Shaniece and she was AMAZING! She helped me find the perfect scent to match Lovenotes by Ariana Grande. She also helped me pick out some items for my daughter. She was very polite and took her time to help me. Thank you!

Cherry is fantastic! I had an ancient Sephora fragrance certificate I wanted to redeem and she did her best to help me out. She was incredibly patient with me and was willing to try multiple times to get the certificate to work. When it didn't, she explained how I could contact Sephora for additional help which I really appreciated. She was incredibly calm and helpful the whole time. This was especially impressive because there was a very long line of customers (which she breezed through, seemingly without making anyone feel rushed).
