I had outstanding service here. The salesperson ( I think her name was Cricket) went above and beyond and helped me find everything that I needed. She was professional, knowledgeable and patient! I highly recommend this location for your beauty needs.

The costumer service at this location is terrible. The lady with pink hair was so rude telling me not to stand by a mirror because it is sanitized for the costumers. Then at the checkout line the guy with dark hair started yelling at me telling me to get into a different line. Disgusting 🤢

Rude staff that couldn’t be bothered to help or even when I did receive a little guidance when asked where said support product was at the employee just pointed to the back. Unfortunately this is the ONLY location within a reasonable distance to me. So I just won’t be returning to Sephora at all. Store was clean and had good music just horrible vibes.

I was treated very poorly at the plaza location by one of the male employees. He spoke down to me in a demeaning tone and embarrassed me while shopping for the new Rhode products. My boyfriend was with me and he could hear him making rude comments about me under his breath. I told the girl at the register with dark short hair that he was rude to me and she didn’t apologize for my poor experience or offer to bring the manager over to speak with me. Just very disappointed, I’ve never been so completely humiliated in a store as a customer before.

I just left the store with more than I needed 🙃 But, I left with such great assistance and suggestions from Monica and the girl with the short pink hair! Thanks ladies for the recommendations on the Dr . Dennis Gross cleansers 🧡✨️ -XO

I visited with my wife, while she shopped, I sat in an open seat, only to be told I couldn’t sit there because it was "sanitized for clients." It was a quiet Tuesday afternoon — being directed to sit on a windowsill or go next door to a café felt unnecessary and off-putting. The staff treated my wife well, I give them credit for that, but rigid rules about seating made the experience disappointing.
