BEWARE!! They sell SYNTHETIC BLEND hair and call it human! Horrible hair quality. I bought a human hair wig FOUR DAYS AGO, no products just brushing and water to bring the curls out, the closure hair is definitely FAKE it matted in 2 days. Then the rest of the wig does not hold the curl pattern, naps up when it dries. Horrible waste of $200. Do not shop here. In the pictures, I put some water on a brush, brushed it and waited 5 mins. THIS IS NOT HUMAN HAIR!! Do not go to them expecting quality hair or bundles you will get scammed.

They’re all lovely very well mannered excellent customer service I’ll be back And extremely clean and bright, I almost felt like I was at Walmart.

OMG….OMG…..The Beauty Spot…. What an AMAZING NEW beauty experience in The City. This store has EVERYTHING.. PERIOD. I couldn’t post all the photos to describe this store. Today was the grand opening and it was just that. Great deals great sections of any beauty item you could possibly think of. They have hair for ALL RACES ANYONE. They have men’s hair products, Korean beauty product and huge selection. They also have clothes and ALL accessories. I can’t say enough about the THE BEAUTY SPOT. I would highly recommend this beauty supply to any and all that need beauty products. It is located in the old CVS building on 45th and Troost. There is security in the store as well. WELCOME to the neighborhood. BEAUTY SPOT.

The stored offered deeply discounted haircare products for a few days. I asked a question about a product to a staff member as he mentioned if I didn't see it, that they don't have it. There was not an option of the product coming in or an update of a comparison. You really have to know and research the products yourself. Rarely, does anyone come to help you. The store was clean with a modern line on the shelves.
