I had such a wonderful experience at Sand Dermatology! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, and the entire office felt calm and well-organized. I saw Lauren Duffy, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. I needed to have a few moles removed, and she was incredibly caring and attentive throughout the entire process. She gently reminded me to take deep breaths through the discomfort and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. What stood out the most was how she took the time to get to know me beyond just the procedure. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my questions were answered. Lauren made me feel genuinely well cared for, both medically and personally. I highly recommend Sand Dermatology and especially Lauren Duffy if you’re looking for compassionate, thorough care!

It's been two years with four visits since I first went to Sand Dermatology. The front office staff made me feel comfortable when I checked in. I didn't feel like a number or just another customer, but someone who needed to feel at ease instead of being nervous of my condition. I found Sand Dermatology from an internet search and called. I took the first appointment and communicated that I could come in if there was a cancelation. My visit is solely cosmetic. I have been getting spots on my face and body because of too much exposure to the sun. I am very happy with the care. Do not hesitate to come in. When you call your doctor a friend, then you know the service is excellent.

She went the extra mile to get me a RA doctor that would listen and put together a treatment plan and even helped streamline the process by getting my labs done quickly and a Monday appointment to start on medication that would work for my body. It’s rare to find a medical office that combines top-notch expertise with genuine compassion — but this team truly excels in both areas. I felt well-cared for throughout my visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking knowledgeable and caring dermatological care!

Great service, friendly staff. Dr. Sandu is knowledgeable, proactive (rather than reactive), and has excellent bedside manner. You don’t feel rushed when speaking to him and you can see that he is listening and engages in a positive way.

I came in for something else and Dr Pham looked at a very small area bellow my nose and said it looks like Basil cell carcinoma and she took a biopsy and it came back positive for that. They called me within three days and already scheduled me with the Mohls surgery. She is amazing and that she scheduled my next step for me is great!! Dr Pham is very thorough which is what I want. Would recommend highly!!
