LaserAway Chino Hills

I had such a great experience at LaserAway Chino Hills. I’ve done both the Clear + Brilliant treatments and a HydraFacial, and I couldn’t be happier with my results and care. Melissa was my nurse and she was absolutely amazing. She never rushes, truly listens, and really focuses on your areas of concern. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does. Her calming, soothing voice made the whole experience even more comfortable, and I just felt so taken care of the entire time. I’ve seen several nurses throughout my treatments at the Rancho and Eastvale locations, but when the Chino Hills location opened and I started seeing Melissa, she stood out by far. The difference in care and attention was noticeable right away. The Clear + Brilliant treatments have been incredible — I started seeing results by my third treatment. My skin looks brighter, smoother, and it really helped with my acne scars. I’m so happy with my experience and highly recommend this location, especially if you get the chance to book with Melissa!

Think twice before coming here. I seriously regret choosing this place. They are very expensive and push extra treatments you don’t need. I purchased six laser treatments and was pressured into adding collagen treatments. When I declined the last collagen session and asked for a refund, it became a nightmare. On 12/3/25, I was told by Michelle I’d receive $531 in 2–3 weeks. Nothing happened. Then on 1/6/25, I was told by Jessica I’d receive $520.79 instead — and that it would take 8 weeks. The amount changed and the timeline kept getting longer. Very disappointing experience. Overpriced and extremely difficult when it comes to refunds.

The nurse Jessica was amazing, she did my lips and the appointment went smooth, minimal pain. I would 100% recommend her. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly, ready to help me with my treatments!

Jessica and Michelle are always so helpful with all my questions and pleasant to my nerves. As well as nurse Melissa! She does an amazing job in all areas and I feel so great leaving my appointments feeling confident and beautiful with her care. Thankyou Laser away!! ❤️

I had such a great experience at LaserAway Chino Hills! From the moment I walked in, Haylie was welcoming, professional & made me feel completely comfortable. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions & made sure I knew what to expect before, during & after my treatment. The space is super clean & modern & you can tell they really care about the place. My treatment itself was quick, painless & I love the results. What I loved most is that Haylie never made me feel pressured to buy more than I came for. She genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my results. It’s rare to find a place that combines great results, a friendly team & a smooth process. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for laser hair removal or any of their other services! I love this place! Super clean and they’re very quick. Everyone on the staff is super nice and they always make me feel very comfortable. Melissa is AMAZING!! I’ve done 5 sessions of laser hair removal now and she’s done almost every one.
