Pacific Dermatology Institute

This was my first time here at Pacific Dermatology Institute at the Chino Hills location and I can’t say enough wonderful things about them! The front staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor Felipe Coronado and assistant Lauren were both excellent! They answered all my questions and made my experience a very pleasant one. I can’t wait to go back for my follow-up in a month! Thank you doctor and staff! I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

Had a great experience at the Chino Hills Pacific dermatology staff was excellent and the doctor was great. He made an effort to look at everything I asked, and the procedure was quick and efficient. I was very impressed and would recommend.!! Only recommendation would be skin care and Botox at a dermatologist is very convenient. They do not have either.

My experience was mixed, but leans towards positive. The front desk was great, but the first PA I saw, Jessica St. Jules, was abysmal. She was rude to me, and didn't make me feel comfortable at all. Her disposition was angry, impatient, and unbecoming of a medical practitioner-- I felt like she was disgusted and/or annoyed by my presence. She stormed out of the examination room after about 6 minutes of discussion (wherein she basically expected me to do the evaluation for her), and that's when my experience got better. The manager at this location, Valerie, was very kind to me. After explaining what happened with Jessica St. Jules to her, Valerie understood my perspective and had me see Louis Pham, the NP, instead. Louis was also excellent-- he asked me questions, I answered, and then he did his own evaluation. Unlike Jessica, Louis didn't just depend on me to give an assessment, he actually observed for himself. All in all, a great experience with the front desk, Louis, and Valerie, but a terrible experience with Jessica St. Jules.

This doctor is amazing!!!?He is very warm and attentive! I like how he took the time to explain the treatment and what the patient should expect! The front staff members are also very nice 😊

Highly recommended. Very easy to make an appointment. Staff were friendly and professional. From checking in, to the medical assistant to PA Zapotosky. They all treated me respectfully and explained everything in detail. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I went to Pacific Dermatology because I had a bad reaction to a product I used on my face, along with hormonal changes that causes breakouts, bumps and dark spots. Dr. Coronado came to the rescue. He immediately knew what to do and prescribe medication that I had successfully used in the past from my previous dermatologist. They gave me so much confidence and reassurance. I am confident I would be happy with the results because this treatment has worked for me before I truly appreciate his expertise and care.

Always a great experience here. Great doctors . Beautiful nurses everyone always with a smile and extremely helpful. See you guys in a few weeks for follow ups
