The staff that was there was very friendly and greeted me right away. They were out of a lot of the NailBoo colors. The store was relatively clean and organized. Really appreciated the friendliness of the staff.

The persona(man) was very rude when I came in and unprofessional. I left very quickly and will not be back to this one. Usually all the times I've been to Sally the workers are so nice and kind. That's not fair this person desacredit to the store .

Austin and Crowe are awesome! I have been meaning to leave this review for a month or so. I knew I had fried my hair when coloring it, and at first, I went to ulta. The beauty advisor in the salon there made a recommendation and it made it worse. Did not help at all. Austin helped me so much! He knew exactly what I needed and recommended the products I actually needed. and my hair was and is soooo much better!! Him and Crowe were also very friendly! If you need hair advice, go see them!

Last time I had bought shampoo and conditioner it was from Kroger. Made my scalp itchy and I found reviews online where people said it made their hair fall out/thin (beware of Tresame Keratin). Went to Sally's as I wanted to treat myself to something nicer. Though I knew what I was coming in for the sales associate was super sweet and informative about products for curly hair. She went out of her way to point out some of the better options. I'm hoping when I get a better paycheck that I can get one of the awesome items she pointed out to me.

Best Sally’s I’ve been to since moving to Huntsville! Every sales person I’ve encountered is super professional and kind! They have a great stock of hair supplies and it’s an extremely clean and organized store!

I had the most pleasant experience with the young lady that assisted me with my purchases today. She was very knowledgeable and displayed a high leve of professionalism.
