Makeup brands (variety) and choices are a lot less than 4+ years ago. Where'd the vibrant bright and super pigmented shadow pallets go?? Couldn't find good lashes anywhere and no one approached us to assist. We ended up at Walgreens for great lash selections that ulta used to shelf. No greetings coming in or going out empty handed. Parking was the worst I'd ever seen.

I went to the Bob Wallace to pick up a few items for my new face routine. I usually don’t shop at this location as it’s further out and I’m more of a Sephora person. Needless to say, I was completely lost as to where to find the particular brands, and face routine items. As I walked around the store trying to figure things out, none of the employees even attempted to help me. But I overheard them constantly asking other customers if they needed anything in particular or what they came in for. I kept walking around until I found the section that I was looking for. I was still a little lost and overwhelmed as I still needed assistance on which were the better brands and which retinol were gel, etc. As I slowly went up and down the aisle googling brands and products, I noticed one of their employees on the opposite aisle straightening up items. Thinking that she would help me, I walked to the aisle where she was and mentioned how I have no clue of where to start or what brands were better. Instead of getting help, all the employee did was go to the aisle that I had previously left from started straightening up items that were directly across from where I was standing.. So I went back on the aisle that she was at, only for her to do the same freaking thing! It took another customer to help me. I became so frustrated, that I ended up not even buying anything. They literally broke their necks to help others, and the one employee kept going to the other aisle as if she was trying to watch me or something. She never acknowledged me verbally, just with her eyes when I would catch her looking at me. I just wanted some help!

I had a great brow bar experience with Whitney! I highly recommend booking with her if it’s your first visit here. Shoutout to Lily for helping me find my foundation! The lovely lady who checked me out (I unfortunately did not get her name, my bad) was great and very patient with my card issues as well! Great team here 🥰.

I’m not one to complain, but I came in today to have a haircut and I was rushed out by my hair stylist. She had another color correction and was more worried about that than my haircut. She was so speedy I left with my hair wet and it was all under 30 minutes. I just won’t be back. Not very friendly and tried to rush through.

Wow. Book with Brittany. She’s articulate, clear, and diligent in her craft. I appreciate her work and understanding of weave and textured hair and her willingness to explain the work to help everyday women take care and maintain themselves. A true master teaches its sheep.

Definitely don’t come here if you’re looking to get shade matched. Or actually helped at all. The ladies are SO rude, and one claimed she "didn’t know how to shade match" after rolling her eyes when I asked (her tag said beauty consultant) and the other one was "lead cashier" who practically only helped me because she had to, and had an attitude the whole time. Terrible customer service, and I felt so judged. Ulta at bridge street is SO much better, and their workers are so polite and willing to help

my first time in ulta was the one in madison by target. I had the best experience ever! I went to the one on the south side off Bob Wallace and these associates are the worst ever. I had to ask for help and when they came out was like they didn't want to be bothered. I will never return to this ulta ever! my girls in madison are the real mvp's
