A beautiful, posh, well-appointed store. I took my wife out for the afternoon, just to get out of the house and see something different. Our floor sales lady in the purse/ladies belts section was Aydah. She was splendid. Helpful, cheerful, and extremely smart. Thanks for a great experience!

The store has lowered its standards from a few years ago. I had the unfortunate experience to visit the restroom today that I would have traded a porta potty for any day of the week. Picasso painted his masterpiece in here using fecal matter. It was all over the walls, the floor, the toilet, and had left some bits behind. There was urine about the same way. Unfortunately nature called if not I would have just left. Both stalls were in the same condition.

Under staffed at Christmas. It was a very frustrating visit. I wanted to look at petite women’s clothing, but I couldn’t find the department, a directory, or anyone to ask. What happened to putting maps on the escalators? I left not knowing if they even carry petites anymore.

Horrible staff at the perfume counter. I chose a fragrance from Sephora and they laughed at me when I walked away. Pathetic. They were also trying to charge $140 for a perfume that other retailers sell for $40.

Found some good sales, but Tamara in the shoe department needs customer service training. She walked past me standing at the register with my bag, but never acknowledged me, and even left to assist someone else. She finally told a gentleman who walked up "she need to make a return". Assuming I had a return but never even saying hello or actually ASKING, RUDE. The gentleman was very kind and must’ve been training because Tamara kept telling him what to do for "her" (my) return, while still never acknowledging me.

Becoming a joke shopping at this location anymore. Who runs this place. Ive shopped on and off at this store all week for the deals its not even worth it with how messy and how the workers do not care about their jobs or customers. Workers do not care about folding clothes in neatly or checking for sensor tags. The clothes have been on the go back racks for days now. And their is not good lighting in the fitting rooms and needs a deep cleaning in them.

First stop whenever bringing the family to shop at Bridge Street. Staff is well trained, kind and friendly. Lots of deals to be found and a huge variety of designer brands. Has great air conditioning. And next door to multi-level parking that is FREE!
