I came in as a Doordash shopper rather than a true customer but was so impressed by and grateful for the staff who helped me find the product immediately and instructed me through the checkout process, which can be more convoluted when you are doing it as a Dasher. Thanks for all the help! 🐶

Veronica, the store manager, was amazing! I’ve never done my own hair before, and wanted to dye the ends blue. I picked a color which ended up being a bit too dark and turned it more teal. She took the time to show me different options and explain to me my hair color and hair type and what would work best for me. She was extremely helpful and super friendly and took the time to explain how to make the color last longer as well. Will definitely be coming back for all my hair products and needs!

I was looking for a color kit in black . They were all out of stock . I asked for a 2 ounce developer as all I saw were the large bottles . I was told down at the end of that aisle . Great thanks those were all large bottles , eventually found a smaller size in the middle of the aisle . Since they were out of color kits I needed a pair of gloves . I was pointed to a aisle and told they only had boxes . As I didn’t have time to drive to another location I picked up the lowest priced box . As I was checking out I noticed they rang up higher . I was told " oh we are raising our prices " I let the associate know the price clearly listed . She continued to argue that the prices were going up but they hadn’t " gotten to that shelf yet " and proceeded to stare at me . I said are you really going to charge me more then what is clearly stated on the shelf ? No response . Finally someone else came by and said honor the price , she rolled her eyes and put it through . It was $3 less . Was that worth losing a frequent customer over ? Probably not . I won’t return

Helpful staff that greeted me and offered assistance should I need any. Still can't believe how many options there are now for "unnatural" hair colors. I remember when manic panic was the go to (and never stayed in, haha) and how thrilled I was when ion came around/was made available. Now there are so many options. Went with Arctic Fox and to anyone looking for hair colors out of the "normal" spectrum I recommend this brand hands down, for a semi-permanent it stays in!!! Lime Crime is pretty good as well and had pretty decent staying power. Not so thrilled with Strawberry Leopard. Anyway, got what I needed. Forgot the product I use to condition after a deep fry/dye job and associate helped me. I also appreciated that I wasn't pushed with the credit card thing. I've had situations with other associates/other locations where they just keep pushing "just try" and "it's okay if you're declined." I hope that means corporate has backed off on that practice. Only thing and this is unrelated to anyone in store. But the outside overhead sign is missing a bunch of letters. There were only two up, I think it was "AL." Driving up I was confused and for a moment thought they'd closed or something as that plaza is dying pretty hard. Should maybe address that... or get in touch with leasing company.

Two sales associates at this location were very friendly and attentive. They were out of quite a few items included in their 4 for $20 sale I went for, but I was able to find substitutes.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. This is one of the smaller stores, but for an average person who cuts and colors her own hair, it has what I need. Don't let the smaller size fool you!
