Ulta Beauty

I love going to this Ulta. It is better stocked and has less crowding than other ones in the area. The customer service is friendly and chill. I was helped by someone (Audrey I think?) and the worker was super helpful and friendly, recommending me products that I had trouble choosing from at first. Overall pleasant experience.

The past couple times I’ve been here has been way better than the Ulta in the renaissance area in Rialto. The girls here will greet you and are friendly. However, when asking for help it’ll feel as if they are upselling a specific brand (sometimes). One girl kept bringing me to morphe and I asked for an affordable option and she did ignore that part and continue talking about morphe. But I’ll take this extra drive even if Renaissance is closer.

Ulta Beauty is finally here in Southern Rialto. The conveniences of this store is a beautiful thing! No more driving ALL THE WAY TO REDLANDS! My wife and I are so happy that they are putting practical shops and stores in the Southern Rialto Area. So many times we see the SAME EXACT STORE popping up everywhere, but with Ulta Beauty we see variety and change and it is so lovely! We will definitely be regulars at this location!!!

This location has some of the rudest employees I’ve encountered, we were greeted by the manger which seemed really nice and professional but the employee walking the store and the cashier were a different story. The lady walking the floor with her wallow talkie was persistent in following my mother and I around and kept asking if we needed assistance which we politely said we do not need help at the moment and we felt urged and uncomfortable just looking around. The cashier also had a strange attitude while making our return transaction. Overall felt unwelcoming and like we were being followed the whole time, do not recommend this location.

The parking center this location is located in is always packed and people constantly park in the curbside pickup spots. Because of this staff refuses to bring orders to your car and ask that you "come inside" to pick up your order. The whole point of curbside pickup is that I do not want to get out of my car. If staff will not tow people parking in curbside pickup spots they need to deliver your order to your car, DO BETTER Ulta!

My recent experience at Ulta was unexpectedly disappointing. I approached the checkout counter with the intention of using a gift card, only to be refused by the manager, who claimed she lacked experience with such transactions. This left me bewildered, especially given the simplicity of using a gift card. Despite being the only person in line and the store being relatively quiet, the manager refused to seek assistance from her coworkers, insisting they were all busy. This lack of initiative and the inability to handle a basic transaction reflected poorly on the manager's competence. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of basic knowledge about store operations from a managerial position. The management's decision to appoint someone with these shortcomings is questionable, and it significantly impacted the overall customer experience. Regrettably, I cannot recommend others to shop at this Ulta location, as my encounter did not reflect the standards I associate with the Ulta brand. It's essential for a store's management to be proficient and knowledgeable, ensuring a positive and smooth customer experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and it has left me hesitant about returning to this particular Ulta store.
