Ulta Beauty

Bought eyeliner for $28 broke, went back got new, broke first time I used in. In the meanwhile husband almost died from bypass surgery and extended hospital stay. Went to ulta on day 71 would do nothing over 60 days called ulta service same thing. I can send medical records showing dates of hospital then it takes 3 months recovery. I had someone available to stay with him today only to be so disappointed. Will get as many poor reviews posted as possible for a store I have enjoyed for many years

The staff at this Ulta was very friendly and helpful. We were extremely happy with the service we received. Meecie was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location!

My fiance had me take her down to ulta one day, and this location had freshly opened up for our first time ever going to an ulta together. And to my surprise I actually enjoyed looking around and purchasing some nice hair and skin care products as a man here. The environment is friendly, very clean and well organized. This will always be our go to location now when we are in the area and running low on our products

I was refused assistance today with finding items. I feel like it's because I am a black man with this one associate. Any other time I come in I am always given help but there's one white lady refused to help me today

Beautiful store and friendly staff! Store is brand new and offers services. I am always happy after visiting this store for all of my beauty needs 🙂
