Front staff -Thumbs Down- almost was our first and last visit! ... Back staff - AMAZING! redeemed the whole place and we decided to continue scheduling with the office after Erica and Takeyla provided amazing service and were extremely knowledgeable with our son who has a very complicated medical history. They treated him with respect and care! Give them a raise!

I visited Sage Dental Of Tamarac around late September, needing some dental work, Including a couple of implants and a cleaning.. Initially, I didn't dive deep into their reviews - Which is usually something I do- but I realized I probably should have. They estimated my total cost at about $5,000, which felt pretty steep to me. But what really stood out was the long timeline..They told me I'd have to wait a year to complete everything. On top of that, I noticed a pattern of Extra Charges.. For instance when I went back on October 21st, they suggested a special cleaning and immediately quote me around $500 for two sessions. That seemed excessive. I decided not to proceed .. As I was leaving the lady at the front desk charged me $5.00 visited fee plus $55.00 co-payment in advance for a cleaning that I ended up not doing!!! When I called to ask for a refund because I'm moving out of town and won't be doing the procedure, they were unhelpful and never confirmed the refund.. After a few days with no resolution, I had to dispute the charge with my bank, which is now another hassle. In short, I wouldn't recommend this place charging for services in advance and then not processing refunds easily is just not good practice.. And after reading other reviews more closely, it seems I'm not alone in feeling that way..

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I spent over an hour on hold just trying to resolve a simple billing question, and no one was able to provide a clear answer or timely help. On top of that, I had been considering a teeth-whitening procedure, but the appointment was incorrectly booked as a cleaning kit visit instead of the hybrid in-clinic and take-home option I specifically asked about. That mistake was never properly corrected, and I never received a follow-up call to reschedule the whitening. Originally, when I asked for a refund for an overpayment on my tooth cleaning, I was offered a discount toward the whitening instead. Since the whitening never happened and no one contacted me, I declined the offer and requested my refund again. The situation made me question whether the overcharge was even recognized in the first place. To make matters worse, the customer service representative implied that I should have raised the issue earlier—before I even paid the following day—which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, poor communication, billing confusion, and lack of accountability made this a very negative experience. I hope the clinic improves its customer service and billing practices so other patients don’t go through the same frustration.

Always an issue with this office! Waited 45 minutes today just to be told that I can’t get my cleaning done because their office made a scheduling mistake. You would think with their excessive confirmations by text, email and call that someone would have told me about this sooner but of course not. Not only that but I had to originally reschedule my appt and they informed me that this appt would indeed be covered by insurance as long as it was after Dec 9th. Sure enough I get to my appt today Dec 12th and that’s not the case. And all they can do is look at me and shrug. Terrible customer service. If you like to waste your time then this office is perfect for you, if not then any other office has to be better then this one!

Today was refreshing! Everyone was so kind, from the receptionist, dental hygienist to the Dentist. My last dentist wasn’t the best so it’s nice going somewhere knowing you are in good hands. Thank you all for making my experience today good.

I did not have to wait. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am, and I was taken back to begin my cleaning promptly. My dental hygienist is excellent.

Very nice, the staff was super friendly. They have everything in once place so you don’t have to worry about getting a referral for another service
