I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gentle Dentistry of Tamarac! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and made the entire check-in process smooth and easy. The dental team truly lives up to the name "Gentle Dentistry." They were thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt completely at ease during my visit, and they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. The customer service here is exceptional. Everyone is kind, respectful, and focused on providing the best experience possible. It’s clear they value their patients and take pride in their work.

Dr. Hilali and her entire team are the best in the business. My family has been going there for years. She is truly a partner in my health and I feel so cared for as a person. You couldn’t ask for a better experience! I love Dr. Hilali as a practitioner and just as an amazing human.

I love Gentle Dentistry. Everyone is very friendly, professional and welcoming. Dr. Manal, is so friendly, patient and passionate about patients and their hygiene. My hygienist Diana, absolutely amazing, does a great job with my dental work. I love them all. I recommend Gentle Dentistry of Tamarac to all my friends and family and you will love them too. If I could give them 100 stars, I would.

I've been coming here for the past 6 years and I only have good things to say. Diana is amazing at what she does and for me she has set the bar for what a dental hygienist should be. Dr Halai is the best. Super attentive and personable and most important she listens. The office staff are like no other. All around a great place to be if you want to great service. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hilali for years and it’s truly one of the best decisions that I’ve made for my health. Everyone in the office is so nice and Dr. Hilali is amazing. She’s so sweet and gentle. The wait times are never long and you don’t feel like you’re being rushed through your visit. She listens and I feel like her recommendations are always in the best interest of me. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this dental office. Diana is an absolute standout and the reason my entire family refuses to go anywhere else. She is hands-down the best hygienist I’ve ever had — incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough, while somehow making the whole experience relaxing (which feels impossible at the dentist, but she does it). She explains everything she’s doing, checks in constantly, and makes you feel completely at ease. I’ve recommended Diana to so many people at this point, and my whole family is obsessed with her too. If you’re even slightly anxious about dental cleanings, she will completely change your experience. Dr. Hilali is the greatest of all time too - I adore her! The front desk staff are equally wonderful — professional, efficient, and truly kind. So grateful to have found an office like this years ago. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Best dentist! All of the staff are very friendly and personable. Very thorough and true to the name of the office, they are gentle and great! Dr. Hilali is awesome. My whole family comes here and agrees this is the best dentist office we’ve been to.
