Great experience 😃😃😃! Reason: Examination Today was my first visit to Riverbend Dental. I was impressed at the friendliness and fluctuate communication by the staff. I felt welcome. Dr. Schmidt and his assistant was very detailed about needs of my teeth They gave me heads up on my insurance and out of pocket pay. I can tell that the staff here love what they do 💕.

I went to this dentistry because I had a poor experience with another one in the New Orleans area. Dr. Glenn V. Schmidt in amazing and takes pride in his work. He also conducts his staff in a professional manner and teaches and directs them throughout my visit. His staff is inviting as well. He explains what he is going to do, and is very knowledgeable about each procedure he does. It has a been a great experience and I do enjoy the professionalism that take place here.

I became a new patient after speaking with their professional office receptionist just on an unrelated issue. Her professionalism during the conversation prompted me to change dentist. I quickly made an appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted as if they had known my for years. I felt welcomed and comfortable. During my exam, the dental hygienist was very informative and explained each procedure as it occurred. It made me comfortable and the level of fear from the drilling disappeared. This was the most relaxing dental experience ever. I wanted to do it again soon. I have always had a fear of the drill sound used along with teeth sensitivity. This was the best experience I have had in all my years going to the dentist. I give them the rating of Excellence.

Dr. Schmidt is the best and I would recommend him for any dental problems from the simple to the more complicated. He will explain all procedures and answer all concerns you may have in great detail. The best dental experience I’ve had in years and I’ve been to a LOT of dentist. Everyone there is very professional but also personable. I cannot say enough about the great experience I have. As a child, i had a horrific extraction that left me uncomfortable with the thought of having to have an extraction. Dr. Schmidt and the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Actually i never felt nervous. I appreciate the professional, courteous and caring atmosphere.

Very good and efficient! I had two silver fillings removed to be replaced with white and some rebonding done to my front tooth. It was very quick and looks very good. There was a little struggle with the fillings but it was solved efficiently and now I’m just healing
