Absolutely, this dental office is the best I’ve ever been to. Moving 3 hours away from the Bay Area was challenging, but the prospect of finding new doctors and dental offices was even more daunting. So, we decided to stick with our dentist because it’s impossible to compare. Now, my husband and I make a special trip out of our dental cleanings. Thank you so much, Monica, for a fantastic cleaning. And Dr. Anthony, there’s no better dentist out there than you. We’re incredibly grateful for this dental group; it truly feels like family.

This practice is awesome. First, Dr. Anthony is my dentist and has improved my dental health and even did an implant as well. He also works well with my mother who has dementia. She hates going to the dentist. He has an awesome hygienist named Andrew who specializes in the elderly. He gave her a blanket which she wanted to take home. LOL. He then cleaned the few teeth she had and since she lives in assisted living we took photos of an area that need special attention for the caregivers which the office printed out and then printed out a letter for me to give to them. Then came the fun part she needed a tooth pulled out. Dr. Anthony made it easy. She didn't even know the tooth was out. She had a novocaine shot first of course. It was all very quick and easy which is important with the elderly.

Great facility. Great staff. Clean. I have known Dr Nguyen for a long time. He is very efficient and good at what he does. He takes time to explain. Able to accommodate for any urgent issues as well .

The ProSmile Dental Practice staff are caring, well trained and professional. I visit the Dental Hygienist Monica, who is excellent and I recommend her. She is booked months in advance so plan ahead...

What a beautiful dental office! I found Dr. Anthony through a friend referral and decided to come for a cleaning. Everything in this office is BRAND NEW. Say what?! YESSSS Brand New! That new hardwood smell kind of new! I found out this office is only 1 month young. Nice! I walked in here and was greeted by Maria. Paperwork process was super fast and immediately got escorted to the X ray state of the art Machine Room. Wow. This is FANCY. Thank you insurance! I must have been living under a shell all my life @ previous dental offices but none of my past dental experience (especially Brand New Equipment + CLEAN!!) compares to an office. Dr. Anthony came by to say hi after my cleaning and I'll be back. 5 stars recommended! Thank you so much!

While the dentists and hygienists at Pro Smile Dental Care are professional and provide quality clinical care, I’m extremely disappointed with their billing department. After an insurance calculation error, the office harassed me for eight months over a $2,617.50 balance instead of resolving it with the carriers. I had to take a half-day off work to fix their mistake myself. I’ve never seen such laziness or lack of accountability in a dental office. I’ve since switched to a new dentist who actually values their patients’ time. Furthermore, even after clarifying the situation via telephone, the staff's demeanor was consistently curt and dismissive. As a result I'm lowering the stars from two to one.

The staff was amazing! Dr Nguyen has the best chair side manner. He and the staff put me at ease with my entire visit. Every time I come in, everyone has a smile on their face and makes me enjoy my visits.Dr Nguyen was honest and gave me what to expect each step of the way. They make me feel like the most important person in the world. You need to come see this office for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!
