For 20+ years, I've only ever gone to one dentist. It was very nerve-wracking for me to find a new dentist after my long-time dentist knew my teeth so well. Dr. Thomas changed my whole perspective on dentistry. She's truly incredible. On my first visit, she told me something no orthodontist or my old dentist ever told me, which happened to be a major cause of some of my teeth issues. And I've had over 10 years of orthodontic work. Dr. Thomas is so thorough by looking at the whole mouth, not just the teeth and everyone is soo kind. Wow, just wow! I highly recommend Reflections Dental Spa.

This office is amazing. First time coming and it gives off such an elegant, cozy feeling. I love the vibe and the staff too. They’re super friendly and real star players like Shabby and Ellen. I talked to the dentist and they were super patient and answered all my questions. When I was getting my cleaning they even gave me a blanket and a neck wrap. What dentist office does that?! Literally leaving my old dentist and making this my permanent dentist home. Seriously they won me over from the look to the feel to the way they treat you. I’ve never had better. Way before I walked in, I knew this dental office was special. The front office coordinator was so welcoming prior to my visit and made my visit smooth and stress-free prior to my appointment. The entire team — from Dr. Thomas to the technician, to my hygienist — was absolutely amazing! (I’ll have to remember everyone’s names next time) On my first visit, they really took the time to get to know me, understand my dental history, and talk through my concerns. Communication was top-notch throughout the whole process, and I appreciated the open dialogue every step of the way. I’ve had a lapse in my dental care and have been planning to start Invisalign for years, but this team made me feel so comfortable and confident that I finally decided to move forward. The office itself is gorgeous — it honestly feels more like a spa than a dental office! The calming atmosphere really helped ease my nerves before my appointment. Dr. Thomas was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. She took the time to explain everything going on with my teeth and gums in a way I could easily understand — something no other dentist had ever done for me. I even learned that I’m tongue-tied, which no one had ever mentioned before! I’m now doing my own research and can’t wait to discuss it more with her. I’m so excited to begin my Invisalign journey here and continue coming back for future visits. I can confidently say this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I had been avoiding the dentist after a bad experience, and I was so nervous coming in for my procedure. This place completely changed my dental fear! The second you walk in, it feels more like a spa than a dental office with water features, massage chairs...the whole vibe is calming. The front desk staff were SO kind (on the phone and in person), which instantly put me at ease. They even have a comfort menu (blanket, temple massager, neck wrap, aromatherapy, etc.). It felt more like a spa day than a dental visit! The dentist herself was incredible. She was so patient, kind, and she explained every step so I actually understood what was happening. I was told I needed a crown from another dentist but she was able to fix it with just a quick filling. She was compassionate about my worries, and my filling ended up being 100% painless. Honestly, this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. It totally flipped how I feel about going to the dentist. 10/10 recommend.

Reflection Dental Spa Review: I have been a loyal customer/patient of Reflection Dental Spa for over five years. In the past, they were in-network with most insurance companies, and while the service was decent, the coverage and out-of-pocket costs were manageable. Unfortunately, my most recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. First, in the middle of the calendar year, they switched to being out-of-network without notifying patients. This change dramatically increased my out-of-pocket costs. I only found out after receiving dental work and being presented with a much higher bill than expected. While I understand that insurance fee schedules can make it difficult for businesses to survive, there is no excuse for failing to inform patients of such a major change. Patients deserve transparency so they can make informed decisions about their care and financial obligations. Second, my recent cleaning was unacceptable. I paid $352 at the time of service, only to later receive another bill for $189.65—on top of what insurance will already pay them. That means I paid over $540 out-of-pocket for a standard cleaning that should be 100% covered by my PPO insurance. To make matters worse, the cleaning itself was poorly done. Food particles and plaque remained on my teeth afterward, and when I voiced concerns about a sensitive tooth with a cavity, nothing was scheduled or addressed. Instead, the focus shifted to cosmetic issues with my front tooth. This was not just disappointing—it felt negligent. After the appointment, I left messages for Dr. Thomas multiple times requesting a call back. No one returned my calls. On the third day, I finally spoke to the front desk, only to be met with dismissiveness. At that point, I decided I was done. A dentist who does not care enough to return patient calls is not a dentist I can trust with my health. In summary: Reflection Dental Spa has shifted focus away from patient care and healthy teeth to prioritizing cosmetic "spa" services. If you want healthy teeth, this is not the place for you. If you only care about appearances, then perhaps it will suit you. For me, after years of loyalty, I am moving on.
