MMART

So many different products. Things you cannot get anywhere else. Excellent deals on face masks and produce. Fresh meats and so many frozen options. Unique candies and snacks. If I lived in town this would be one of my regular errands.

I love that M Mary is locally owned and does so much for the Asian community. This reminds me of the Mom and Pop Korean grocery stores I grew up with in the Springs before the were big box Asian markets. They always throw extra treats in when you check out and it's so reminiscent of my childhood 🫶 They are always so kind and helpful. They have a good selection of fresh/frozen/shelf stable/ready to eat items. There is even a bakery that has yummy treats I can't seem to pass up on my way out.

So many delicious flavors! Whenever I'm feeling nostalgic for my trip to Korea, I come and pick up some of my favorites, as well as, some new discoveries. It can sometimes feel a bit scary to go out of your comfort zone and try a new grocery with new flavors but you won't regret it!

An awesome mix of foods and ingredients! I found some perfect spices and sushi rolling mats. I wish there had been organic options with producer.

For a long time, since its opening in 1983, before the arrival of HMart, Mmart on South Havana was the go-to place for most of Korean goodies in town. It has similar intimate feel as Pacific Mercantile in Sakura Square, the selection may not be as the bigger newcomer nearby, but its curated selection usually has everything you need and carries some brands not seen in other stores and the service is more dedicated and personable. As such, this neighborhood shop is still the go-to Korean grocery store for many locals.

This is a very authentic Korean store with some other Asian products as well. They have homage kimchi that is more affordable than almost all other places in Denver. They also have fresh produce,any Asian vegetables, a good butcher and meat section. They also have a Asian bakery!

Goood store 🙂 I go to the M-mart 2-3 weeks for grocery shopping.
