Michael Lin, MD

My mom was excited about getting services from Dr Lin but communication is terrible. We have been trying to contact them to get my mom’s prescription and they just wont fill it or respond! They seem only interested in selling their own products! My mom’s leaving the country and now seems like a huge waste of time for her even going here.

Terrible policy! I have been calling and been going back a forth for a month with this place. They dont call you back either. They wont fill a simple prescription for a little girl that has been out for almost 2 weeks. Who knows when she will get a appointment because I have to just wait! It's been a month! I have worked a several Dr's offices and have never had such bad service. A month for a authorization for a refill what a joke.

Disappointed with my appt. Dr Lin was pleasant but I did not leave feeling the appt for a skin cancer check was very thorough .He asked if I had any spots of concern , well that’s what I was hoping he would discover . Didn’t really look closely at any part of my skin . I will not return .

Dr. Lin did a great job at explaining things and answering all my questions. He is patient and is staff is professional and friendly. I definitely recommend his office.

It was a pleasure having been seen by Dr Michael Lin and his staff. They are so friendly and professional.. He is an excellent dermatologist!

Staff was nice. The lobby could use improvement as far being a place you can smell pleasant scents.
