We could not have been happier with Dr Youssef and his staff. They were kind, attentive, encouraged asking questions. They explained everything in detail at every appointment. We never felt rushed or like just another patient. Between me and my teen, we have a lot of doctors. So I can tell pretty quickly when a doctor is genuine and motivated to do the best for their patients, not just to see as many patients as possible. Dr Youssef was all about quality not quantity. My teen has complicated health problems and that made finding a qualified surgeon really challenging. One refused because the case was too complicated. Another was clearly acting outside his expertise and it showed, which did not instill confidence. I admit I had some reservations about the practice before the first appointment. Dr Youssef does the surgery my teen needed but the practice seemed more boutique cosmetic than complicated medical. I didn’t want to get into another situation where a doctor was acting outside their expertise. All my doubts went away at the consultation. Dr Youssef was extremely knowledgeable not only about the surgery itself but my teens other uncommon health problems and how they could potentially complicate things. He offered to consult with my teen’s other doctors. He respected my teen as the patient, instead of talking to me about my teen like so many doctors try to do. The surgery went off without a hitch. Recovery went smoothly. The incisions are healing really well. That may seem mundane to most but my teen has a disorder that affects healing. Incisions or wounds often don’t heal well. So that’s a big deal to us. I highly recommend Dr Youssef and his staff. His staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of things. They went above and beyond for insurance billing. They put us at ease whenever we walked through the door. A great experience all around.
