I have been coming to see the NP Jeanine for a couple years. Due to changing my insurance I called to make an appointment early June and had told them I have a new insurance Aetna and wanted to give them my insurance through the phone. But they told me to bring it in on my appt that was schedule until 8/19/25. I came to the appt and when handed my insurance card they told me they dont take it. What a waste of time. Should of told me over the phone when I first called to make an appt.

Doctors are great but front desk is rude and unhelpful and that is why I am changing. Appointment schedules are also ridiculous.

I made an appointment MONTHS ahead of time to have a mole removed. When I went to my appointment I brought up a few other questions I had and at the end of our conversation Dr. Jeanine Ishak said she didn’t have time to remove the mole and I would have to make another appointment. And prior to my appointment, I had specifically asked the receptionist if I needed to make a separate appointment to address my other concerns and they assured me that I didn’t. Come to find out they were wrong! Also, the Dr. Ishak seemed very impersonal and rushed. She gave a lot of no answer- answers to every concern I had. Would NOT recommend. Also, Dr. Ishak didn’t take the time to look at the previous medication that was prescribed to me that didn’t work. She is not concerned with fixing the problem.

Dr. Sun has gone above and beyond to provide care for my 7 month old son's skin condition. I have gone to numerous specialists regarding his condition, but Dr. Sun has been THE only doctor who has provided me with trustworthy guidance and credible answers to my questions. She is an expert is in her field and I admire the knowledge and compassion she has for her patients. There is no doubt that her heart is invested in her work and that she loves what she does. There's a reason why her appointments are booked for months- and I can tell you that the wait is worth it!! Thank you, Dr. Sun for all of your help!!

DO NOT GO!! Receptionist extremely rude!! The office had left a voicemail day 1 with no details other than to call them back so I did. Receptionist did not want to help and find out what the call was all about. They called the next and left a voice message. I did not listen to the voice mail and called them instead. Receptionist ask if I had listened to my voicemail I said no I called instead. She rudely replied "you didn't listen to your voice mail!" "listen to you voicemail and call me if you have any questions." This person needs to be fired. I am a paying patient and should not be treated this way. I canceled my next appointment and will never go back. STAY AWAY!!

Dr Lau treated my melanoma and I have never been so confident in a doctor. He explained the procedure completely and has a very caring attitude. I was never worried about the melanoma in his care and he always took the time to answer any questions I feel so very fortunate to have found him. The office always seems very efficient and waiting time is usually nil.

I was seen and treated with a full body scan for 84 years of abuse by sun and neglect. Jeanine Ishak walked into the room and after one treatment I swear I felt like a 64 year old. Jeanine is knowledgeable and comforting and left me feeling that I had found someone I could rely on for my dermatology issues.
