I unfortunately had an awful experience with Dr. Kaiser’s PA, Ayla. She came in the exam room seemingly angry and annoyed I was there, it was my first ever time going. I was having issues with my feet, namely my nails on my feet and my hair thinning so I was obviously distressed. She basically treated me like a hypochondriac and a criminal, telling me the pitting, ridging and discoloration was normal. She was so rude and dismissive in fact I actually started crying and telling them "idk why you’re trying to make me feel like I’m crazy, I’m not. This is not normal for me." She was incredibly cold, rude and had no bedside manner. It almost seemed like I interrupted a conversation she was having with the nurse the way they were acting, simply by having an appt. Genuinely hope they address this issue as it seems I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience at this office specifically. It was so bad I’m now scared to go back to any dermatologist for fear of the same thing happening. This is not okay. Also wanted to add that the front office staff is very rude and don’t seem to know their way around medical billing, which is what I do for a living. There’s no way you can calculate my copay same day. No way. You don’t even know what I’m having done. I already called my insurance company and explained what happened so good luck collecting that money

Please don’t go to this office. So many issues from the very first point of contact. I have been waiting since April 11th to get an appointment. My PCP sent a referral to this office in April and when I called to follow up the lady never stated her name which is already horrible phone etiquette. The lady stated she never received my referral and told me to send them a picture via email. I did as I was told and once again I called to follow up and the person who answered did not state their name. The lady stated my referral was incorrect and I needed to reach out to my insurance and ask them to send the referral which is false. We are now in September and this has not been resolved once again I called and the person who answers has no phone etiquette and cut me off and place me on hold. At this point I gave up on this office and will be going somewhere else.

We have been patients of Dr. Kaiser and Ed for approximately 20 years and would highly recommend them. They are so patient and knowledgeable. I trust them so much even with my grand-daughter.

Excellent doctor, with a great knowledge of his profession. He is very acertive in his diagnostics and treatments. Dr. Kaiser always answers my questions and helps with my concerns. The front office employees are so nice and attentive.

My husband recently was referred to this practice. EVERY time I call to ask a question, no call back, EVERY time the doctor prescribes new medication, we go to pharmacy, no medication at pharmacy. We call the office back to let them know. When they finally answer, let them know what’s going on, they once again tell us will send it to pharmacy. Back to pharmacy and nothing. The run around is exhausting! The messages and calls are never returned. We did let the doctor know about this, said he didn’t understand what the issue was. Either the doctor never gets the messages from his staff or the staff just does not care. Or both. Very disappointed with their practice because it was highly recommended.

I had an appointment today with my husband that we scheduled weeks ago or appointment was for 3pm and we arrived at 2:30pm, the waiting had roughly ten people there when we arrived so we filled out our paper work and waited people came and went and we were still there one and a half hour later my husband went to ask if there was a problem and the receptionist stated that those people saw other providers which we knew was bs so we left, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE THEY ARE QUITE UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Front office is the worst. Don’t know what they are doing. Never going back again left office without seeing Doctor.
