Dr Singh is wonderful as is the medical staff there. Aesthetician - Rachel however misrepresented the company and sold me a package of services that supposedly was kept on a gift card. Shame on me for not mandating a detailed print out on day one and each visit after. She told me I was getting a package of 6 face/neck treatments for one price - then she added some additional services and at an extra cost for a new total. She talked about doing one per month for 6 months and showed me a picture of one of her clients that had gotten three - with six face/neck treatments -she said - "you will see much improved results". We talked about scheduling one per month to end right before my cruise in April. My second session she could not finish - so she scheduled a follow up and assured me it would not count towards the six - Rachel said it would NOT be a separate session - -she even instructed the front desk girl to make sure it does not impact my gift card balance. Well - we were not able to get to six- because after the 2nd face/neck treatment she called to see "if we were on the same page" she said that I had used all the treatments - I had nothing to show what I was supposed to get except for her word or which she went back on - she came back after recalculating and said oh it looks like you have one left - i hung up disappointed and not sure what to do - I did try to communicate with her via text like she asked me to do - no response. I went in person and she said " i do not disagree with you" but did nothing to remedy her miscommunication. Today I was able to speak to her regional manager - Courtney who was more professional and agreed that the services should have been provided in writing. She is researching all the entries and working on a refund for me - and am hopeful for a better outcome. Lesson for me - get everything in writing before paying/walking out the door. I will not be returning here.

My husband and I both saw Dr. Kent. He is very thorough, takes time with his patients and listened to our concerns. He explained to each of us, in detail, our procedures we would have. He has a great personality, which is great for putting patients at ease. The reception desk is full of smiling faces and it is easy to schedule appointments and pay copay. Highly recommend this office in Tradition. I have also see Dr. Lorie Masters, she is excellent as well.

I Love Advanced Dermatology and all of the staff. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and Lori Masters is so attentive listens to all of my Issues. I just Love her and appreciate her more than she could ever Imagine. She found my problem that 3 other Dermatologist were not able to find. She is very Knowledgeable, Thorough and understanding.😊

I was informed by 2 different staff members that I was able to return a skin care product by 14 days, if I wanted to purchase it. This was confirmed. I purchased a tinted sunscreen, the came back 40 mins later to return the unopened and unused product , with my receipt, because I found a small sample to try at home first. However, Angel abruptly told me, no I can not return the product and get it credited back on my credit card - the original method of payment. She insisted I return the next day. Then told me their policy was to issue a check, that would take 2-3 weeks to process. She refused to provide me with a receipt for the returned product. Also, they charged me a surcharge to even pay by credit card...without informing me for this action. Horrible experience.

Everyone there is always very nice. My dermatologist is very proficient & stops me from drifting into stories that has nothing to do with my visit. I told her "I don't get out much". She always listens though to what's happening with my skin. & takes care of me. Lorie is great!

Great patient care from receiption staff, nurses, doctors to wonder surgeon very professional in application and extremely caring. Excellent staffing. Dr. Wipf and her nurses absolutely outstanding. Most complain loudly of in convinces with only one patient restroom in reception area. Long waiting period as always busy to be used by patients coming from operation rooms. For older patient 2 additional restrooms are needed in the operating rooms section to avoid pile ups and having to completely leave operating rooms area to sometimes having to go out of the building to use reatroom in reception area. Barring restroom availability, EXCLLENT HUMAN SERVICES and WILL RECOMMEND TO MY PCP AND OTHERS FOR A TRULY RIGHT ON LOW STRESS PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL EXPERIENCE.

100% will return if I need them. I was seen at the Tradition location in Port St. Lucie. From walking in the front door being greeted by friendly staff with smiles, to a super easy check in process you will be impressed immediately. I saw Dr. Aaron Kent and Miss Saraii was his assistant. I had a minor procedure that was well explained to me. I didn't feel anything and before I knew it everything was completed. Miss Angel at checkout always makes sure you leave with a smile. They were all very caring and attentive to my needs. Every staff member I spoke to appeared to care and helped with everything from appointments, pre authorizations, questions, and assistance. If you need an amazing dermatologist I highly recommend you see this practice. You will refer them just as I am referring you. Thank you to the entire staff at this location, amazing team of people! They should be recognized as this is how medical treatment should be given to patients.
