Evelina is very kind as well as thorough. She explains everything she is doing and makes you feel comfortable during an uncomfortable exam. Her Nurse is also the most wonderful person. She is funny and friendly. She also explains everything that will be happening. I definitely recommend this Doctor. Thank You both.

There are not enough words to describe the compassion and sincerity Evelina has. Her bed side manner is so warming and gentle. She helps ease any fears and discomfort you maybe in. She truly is a rare gem. Not only does she listen to your concerns, she takes the time to understand them. I have seen her multiple times for visits and each one has been amazing. She will make time in her schedule to accommodate as needed. Highly recommend her to everyone. I am truly grateful for all she does.

She's great! Love her as my dermatologist. She's a great listener and very kind. My concerns have been addressed and my scalp is much better now! Had my first annual skin check up today and it was quick and awkward free. Thanks 😊

Waters edge is very efficient from the time you walk in the door. Evelina is very prompt. Her knowledge and care is way above average and I would recommend her highly.

Over the top nicest person I think on the planet she has the most delicate hands personally I think she could be a very good surgeon. Had a few occasions where I've waited more than an hour to be seen. I came into the office for a 1:45 appointment got there at 1:32 and signed in and told she would be with me one moment, have a seat. At 2:20 I was getting a call from the office while I'm sitting in the waiting room telling me that I missed my appointment at 1:45. I don't know how many doctors are here it seems like there's only one and they're making appointments for 20 plus people at the same time. I've been to this place for two different situations and feel like I'm getting strung along for things that should have been dealt with a lot sooner than they have I think at this point I'm going to have to go somewhere else for future dealings.

I was running late and I called the ladies at the front desk, they were very understanding, patient and kind. Dr. Ingersoll was great. She had great bedside manner, very patient and answered all my questions.
