I had a great experience. I had a referral from my primary. Lakeshore contacted me, set up an appointment for the next week, texted me the preregistration link and location information. The appointment was thorough, informative, and treatment was efficient.

At first, this place didn’t seem bad. Then I realized how impossible it was to get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment for my prescription. When they finally did call me back, I already ran out of my medication and out of desperation had to agree to appointments that I couldn’t be on time to. I was slightly late and they rejected me for taking my monthly pregnancy test which takes all of about 5 minutes. Sounded like they had plenty of time to chat in the back though. Idk normally I’m not a Karen but these entire staff here is weird.

This place horrible when I call them, and message they busy after that lady she call me back I just said something for my son she don’t said anything and she turn off phone. I try call back and send my messages they don’t call me back , they horrible service why this place got some worker like that , I very upset.

Avoid this place with all your resolve. Rude. Demeaning. Didn't even do a complete exam. Can tell they are probably a lawsuit (failed diagnosis) away from being defunct. That's probably why their rating is a 2.

This morning, I went in for a skin check. The office was beautiful, and the nurses and support staff were very kind. However, I would not recommend this office to individuals who have experienced trauma, as they do not seem to follow a trauma-informed approach. I was seen by Dr. Ittersum, who could be described as thorough. He examined my body once and was in and out within minutes. My primary concern is that I was not informed beforehand that my pelvic region, both front and back, would be examined. Without prior explanation, he pulled down my underwear as part of the procedure. While I would have consented to have these areas checked, and a nurse was present in the room, the lack of communication made me uncomfortable. As a trauma therapist and a survivor of assault, I would have felt much more at ease if he had verbally explained the process step by step before proceeding. This oversight left me feeling significantly uncomfortable, especially given the vulnerability of wearing a gown and feeling scared due to already being high risk for cancer. For these reasons, I won’t be returning.

Scheduled an appointment more 11:05. Showed up at 10:55 and the doors were locked. Call multiple times just to get a voicemail. Once 11:05 hit door was still locked and have yet to see or hear from anyone. Extremely unprofessional

I called 5 times and left 2 messages to reschedule an appointment and never spoke with an employee. In addition, my contact information and pharmacy preferences weren't changed (after I had requested they be updated.) A nurse asked if I needed more of my prescription 3 months ago but it was never filled. The place is clean and quick but there seems to be a lack of communication among their staff.
