I've been going to Dr Patel for years. She's thorough kind and compassionate. Her aides are great too.

I have been here a few times and the care I received was great. In the last few weeks I needed to make an appointment. I called and was sent to a voicemail for the care team. The voicemail states a return phone call will be made within 24 hours. A week later, still no call. I called again and was transferred to the voicemail for the care team. It has been a few days and I still have not received a call back to schedule an appointment. It is very frustrating!

I've been a patient here for several years and while yes there has been some turnover in the practice, I've been seeing Leeann here for the last couple of years and could not say better things about her. Even for simple visits where there isn't much to discuss or update, she still takes the time to sit and talk with you and listen to your concerns. She's takes time to meet me where I'm at and always leave my appointments feeling like my issues are resolved or that there is a clear plan of how to address them going forward.

4th dermatologist I’ve been to in 2 years. I’ve been there several times now. Had tests done, tried different creams and meds, never got a diagnosis. I’ve been managing it on my own barely for a couple months because I couldn’t afford the $900 cream They wanted me to TRY (even without a diagnosis or surety it would work)…. I’ve called 4 times since early last week with no calls back. When I finally got a hold of somebody today, they will not get me in until November, and are offering no other help even though the doctor knows how bad this has been. I think at this point they do not know how to treat me and are now avoiding my care. I have to try to find another dermatologist and start all over yet again. This has been a brutal couple of years dealing with this, and I thought this place actually aired, but clearly they give up on you. Thanks guys. I will never refer anyone here

This office is very busy! I love how close it is to me at work, and I have had the best care under Dr. Herman. There is a wait, especially for new patients, and their reminder system is not as great as other doctor's offices. (I deducted a star for that - I missed an appointment because I never received a reminder and it was months after my last one. Similar to visiting the dentist every 6 months, I need a variety of reminders!!)

Dr. Patel has always given me adequate time during my appointments and and recently correctly diagnosed me with Basal cell under my eye after my pcp told me it was nothing to worry about. She even personally called me with the results. I just saw Lacey the new pa and she is wonderful too! She took her time to answer all my questions and helped put my mind at ease regarding some spots I was worried about.

I was able to get an appointment within two weeks with Dr. Sara Herman. She was incredibly kind and related to me as a person, not just another patient. Very knowledgeable and even told me that if I noticed a difference, and was pleased, I didn't need to come back for the follow up. This was a VERY different experience than I'd had with other doctors in the past. Typically dermatologists make you come in and pay the copay just to tell you "everything looks good". Would definitely recommend!
