The Lion Zen Wellness Spa

What a phenomenal experience! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist who guides you through each room and explains everything in detail. Once you change, it’s time to fully relax. We started in the meditation room, which might just be my favorite. It was incredibly calming—you practically melt into the massage chair as it gently hugs you. Amazing! Next was the red light room, which was equally impressive, followed by the sauna and then the Himalayan salt room… a space I could have stayed in all day. Truly something special. I’ve never felt more zen in my life! The chairs make it so hard to get up (in the best way 😂). We wrapped up in the contrast therapy room, which was the perfect ending. My friend braved the cold plunge, but I opted for the warm hot tub instead—no regrets! Every detail was thoughtfully done, and none of the small touches went unnoticed. I walked out feeling like I’d had a full-body massage—without actually having one! I will definitely be a frequent flyer here.

My girlfriend and I did the 2.5 hour journey last weekend as a reset for the new year. This space is absolutely gorgeous and Tara and her staff are all super sweet. The salt room and the red light therapy room were my favorites in the journey, but the Infrared sauna will leave you feeling rejuvenated. I loved my experience and will definitely be coming back!

Went to The Lion Zen for a spa day with my friends, and it was exactly the relaxing reset we needed. Tara greeted us at the door with such a warm welcome and took the time to walk us through the entire process. She was always nearby and happy to help whenever we had questions. Each room has its own unique vibe, which made the experience perfect both for us as a group and individually. The space is calming, thoughtful, and truly designed for relaxation. I had a fantastic experience at The Lion Zen! The infrared red light therapy was rejuvenating, and the salt room added a unique touch to my visit. The meditation room was a peaceful escape, perfect for unwinding. Really enjoyed the zero gravity massage chair! I loved alternating between the invigorating cold plunge and the relaxing hot tub, followed by a soothing session in the sauna. I really like it’s personal, clean and super inviting. Thank you Tara! I absolutely LOVE the Lion Zen ❤️ I frequently book the salt room to wrap up the work day. It’s the perfect quiet place to focus. I’m also a fan of the sauna and massage chair in the meditation room.The Journey experience is such a fun girls’ night or date night idea. The Lion Zen offers promos and fun experiences such as R&B Friday nights. The staff is amazing and super helpful. Highly recommend!!!

My girlfriends and I enjoyed the 2.5 hour journey on a snowy Sunday morning. The entire space is welcoming and calming. No detail is missed. The four of us were able to enjoy all of the rooms during our designated time. My favorites included the Salt Cave and Meditation Room. The massage chair is magical. The Contrast Therapy room was a perfect way to end the session. A cold plunge followed by the hot tub. We are already planning a trip back for a private party. DEFINTELY recommend checking it out…

Absolutely amazing. I’ve always been interested in trying all these different wellness options but it’s normally so expensive and I don’t know what to expect so I avoid it altogether. I found their ad on instagram and watching the videos that toured and explained all the services and felt instantly at ease about trying this out. I was stunned to see that for just $85 I was able to get 2.5 hours to try out 5 different wellness rooms. With the exception of the sauna, all the other services were new to me: the salt cave, red light therapy, contrast therapy, and meditation room. I’m a bit of an anxious introvert so the privacy of this place was key for me to feel comfortable trying all these new things. Staff were amazing and helpful making everything smooth. The meditation room is so cool and relaxing you literally feel like you’ve reached another dimension and I didn’t even hear the timer going off haha. I will absolutely be back!
