We had a great experience at New England Spas in Warwick. Right away we could tell that Scott really knows his stuff. He answered all of our questions and made himself available for when we had even more questions! Our swim spa will be delivered next week and we are so excited!

There are a lot of hot tub dealers out there and the biggest differentiations we were looking for was a partner who could help us with our hot tub post-purchase - NE Spas is that place. Scott made the entire process enjoyable. We were welcomed like we were old friends from the moment we walked in the store. Scott was extremely knowledgable and honest knowing the right questions to ask to steer us to the perfect choice. He was patient and made the entire process a pleasurable buying experience. I was impressed by the excellent communication and follow ups and the way Scott remembered so many details from our 1st visit. My wife and I are in the process of purchasing our very first hot tub. Carolyn helped us a great deal with answering all of our questions. We stopped in a few weeks ago toward the end of a Saturday and were treated to fabulous service by Carolyn Costa! She even offered to let us get in to try out the hot tub! She is exceptionally knowledgeable about not only the features and benefits, but the real world real people portion of hot tub ownership. She made the whole process fun and easy.

Scott is extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly, and fun to talk to (all without being pushy in anyway). He has made buying and setting up a hot tub much less stressful with lots of helpful information and the promise that he’s only a phone call away (we have tested that and he is very responsive). Based on our experience so far, we could not recommend Scott and New England more highly!
