If you are looking for the viral Korean head spa experience look no further, RS Head Spa has you covered! I had my first visit today and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I did Package A which is 1 hour hot stone massage + 1 hour scalp treatment. Everyone of the staff was warm, friendly and welcoming. The place is very clean and visually appealing with the pink aesthetic. I had an early appointment and was easily able to find street parking out front, but I did see a paid lot nearby. I felt so relaxed I fell asleep during the scalp treatment. You also get a cute little punch card for repeat visits!

I have been here a couple times mainly because it’s a convenient location for me, and while those experiences have been generally ok, I’m docking points for a recent negative experience I had here. I will say the massages here are decently priced, but they are the very intense, painful kind, so if that isn’t your preference I would avoid this place. My first issue is that the masseuse walked in on me changing before the massage began. She knocked on the door and I told her I was still undressing (changing), yet she still proceeded to open the door and then hurry me onto the massage table. I understand there may be a language barrier and she might not have understood, but as soon as she walked in and saw I was still undressing she should have left. It was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional; I don’t understand how this basic courtesy wasn’t given. Second, there was an issue I had with using a gift card I was given. When I went to use it at checkout, they told me that gift cards are typically valid for one visit only and any leftover money does not roll over. I find that to be an extremely odd gift card policy. The lady handling the transaction did let me keep the leftover balance this time, but she appeared very disgruntled and gave me a dirty look during. Not only is this an odd gift card policy, I don’t see this mentioned anywhere on their website. Her attitude is what completely turned me off from returning. In short, there are better massage parlors that I think are worth visiting. I don’t think the massages here are that great. I have tried the head spa once and while it is relaxing, it’s very drying, so I would avoid it if your goal is conditioning.

I so rarely leave review but wanted to because I am suffering big time after this head spa experience. The top line is- if you are fragrance sensitive DO NOT go here. They use Olaplex products which have notoriously strong, synthetic and persistent scents. As a part of the service they steam your hair with the product in which makes it penetrate and cling in a way that is unlike a normal wash. I have never experienced such a strong and persistent scent from hair products. I have now washed my hair several times with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, dish soap, a clarifying shampoo. I’ve soaked my hair with coconut oil and used dry shampoo to remove it. After hours of washing my hair today the scent is only 25% gone. I am seriously considering cutting my hair or getting a deep cleanse from a salon. This has been the biggest waste of time and money. Although the head spa experience itself was decent. The fact that they give you no warning or options about the products used is a huge issue.

Loved loved their services. Id definitely book again. Just pay after services are done. We chose deep tissue massage with head spa. You have the option of naked or partial. The therapist is so good, strong and ready to release any and all stressful or pained areas. They do not disappoint, from massaging to stretching and getting in those pained areas with elbows and knees, is an amazing release of pain and stiffness, you'll want to cry. Finish your spa day off with the head spa, oh man, I am so relaxed at this point, I snore, yes, snore. You can't help it. They definitely stimulate your senses with scent, sound and touch. I love this place, just dont prepay.

I came here today with my mom for my birthday and had the most wonderful time! The space is decorated so cute and is such a relaxing atmosphere. The full body massage was the best I've ever had, so long and the perfect amount of pressure followed by the most wonderful head spa session. I can't wait to come back and definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing afternoon in Seattle! Thank you soo much 💓

I just had my second visit here! First time I just did the head spa which was heavenly and my hair had never felt so silky. I couldn't wait to come back so this time I brought my friend as a birthday gift. I decided to try the combo package with massage and head spa and the massage was fantastic! They were kind and did amazing work and I honestly didn't expect such a great experience for the cost of the package. I will selfishly be bringing friends here again as a gift mostly so I can visit myself again.
