Seattle Massage Sauna & Float

I highly *highly* recommend the TRIFECTA at Seattle Massage Pro! It includes three services- a 30-minute sauna, 60-minute massage, and 60-minute float. There were so many thoughtful touches from from the chilled water (in a metal bottle- no plastic!) and a little apple cider vinegar shot in the sauna, to a little vinegar spritz after the float tank if you got any saltwater in your ears. Scarlett gave a fantastic massage, and Alita was a great guide between each session. The trifecta is the ultimate in self-care and a wonderful way to spend a half day - and at a very reasonable price!

Tara was super communicative and provided the exact relief I needed from a massage. My only regret is that I didn't book a longer session! If you're like me and haven't had a professional massage in several years, you'll probably underestimate how much the extra time is worth the cost. Despite this, I'm impressed at how much Tara was able to get done in just one hour!

Suzi and the staff were exceptional. Suzi paid attention to my focused area of concern, and even noted areas that I didn't know were tight and stressed. A phenomenal experience and if the entire staff is as skilled as her like promised, I can't think of a better place to recommend.

Seattle Massage Sauna & Float massage therapists offer Amazing service, in a convenient location, and are easy to book. I’ve been coming 2x a month for over a year, and am delighted to find a place I can consistently book with the same therapists. Feels like a spa experience without the spa prices. Parking is easy to find as well.

I recently returned to regular massages here, and I have nothing but great things to say. I have scoliosis, and deal with chronic back and shoulder pain and muscle spasms. Casey has been incredible at helping me manage that pain. I highly recommend the 90 minute massage as a way to cap off a long week.

Unfortunately, the massages did not feel therapeutic at all. Rather than providing any sense of relief, relaxation, or applied pressure, it felt more like oil was gently applied without any care or technique. I had even requested for more pressure twice, but nothing was changed. I've had many massages before, and this was very below average - I could've done the same thing myself at home as it simply felt like someone was just putting oil on my skin. As a result, we left feeling no improvement or benefit from the experience, which was especially disheartening as I had travelled from London and had hoped to treat both myself and my partner to a restorative massage. Given the premium price point, we had expected at least a level of care that offered relaxation or tension relief, but sadly this was not the case. They did not respond to my emails despite many follow ups and failed to provide a refund or a credit voucher.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary. The massage’s we received from Suzi were pretty so so. We thought we were getting deep pressure and it didn’t feel very deep tissue or therapeutic. I also did the float, which was a surprisingly fun experience but after two showers I still smell mildew in my hair. Not sure if it is from the soak or from the towels?! This experience was over $400 and in my opinion too expensive for what we received.
