I enjoyed a delux hydra facial with Savannah and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked into Ananya I was warmly greeted, shown around and welcomed to the space. I sat down in their cozy waiting area which had tea, water & light snacks. Once I was taken back to my room, Savannah was so attentive and addressed my skin concerns and recommended a treatment option that aligned with my goals. She took the time to ask what my intention and goal was for my visit and she executed it! I left GLOWING. While I had the blue/ red mask on for 12 minutes she gave me an incredible arm and hand massage with delicious apricot oil & soothing lotion. The locker rooms are spacious, very clean and have a sauna that you can enjoy, which was so nice! My experience felt very luxurious, relaxing and I left with great results! 10/10 experience.

Spas generally offer similar services and atmosphere so for me, the details are what make all the difference. Ananya stands out for their care and attention to the guest experience. The reception team are warm and welcoming, the new location is modern yet comfortable. Sauna and showers are spacious and it never feels too crowded even though the spaces are intimate. I got the Om package and had a great massage with Nicole. She listened to my requests around pressure and sensitive areas while also diligently targeting sore spots that I actually forgot to mention but as an experienced masseuse, she must have known. Savannah then worked on the facial and she was stellar. It became clear she is passionate about skincare and ensured the goals I wanted to achieve (glowy, hydrated skin) were met. She talked through her process each step of the way and was never pushy about upselling. Booking services has always been easy on my end. I just do it from my phone and get regular text reminders about their cancellation policy which I appreciate given busy schedules. Parking is validated which is also a plus in Seattle. I’ve been twice and both times have been a great reprieve from the daily grind.

Not worth the money. I was asked to arrive early so my service time wouldn’t be used for changing and getting set up, yet they still used about 10 minutes of my scheduled time just to let me into the room and for the esthetician to come in and finalize the treatment. She was good at recommending a costlier treatment. The actual facial lasted around 30 minutes. Of that, about 15 minutes were spent using machines, and the remaining 15 minutes was simply lying under a pink LED light to make my acne marks even? Throughout the session, I constantly heard machine noises in the background instead of calming music, which made it hard to relax. The esthetician was sitting in room entertaining herself on phone instead of giving me a quick 10 mins massage even. For $350, the treatment felt very impersonal—mostly machines, a face mask, and minimal hands-on work. The esthetician seemed more focused on operating equipment than providing a traditional facial experience. I’ve had much better facials elsewhere in Seattle where I felt genuinely relaxed and saw noticeable skin rejuvenation. This experience did not justify the price. Even if I would have gotten $1000 treatment I would have been unsatisfied here. Use money elsewhere.

The best spa in Seattle! Love their new location within the Onni South Lake Union and Level Hotel complex! They used to be located in Belletown and I’m so happy that they moved to the South Lake Union to become our local staple! Plus they now have a sauna to enjoy before and after a massage session! Out of the whole world, I only entrust my crooked back to Candace who is always doing her massage magic to bring me back to life! The staff at the welcome desk is awesome too!

First of all, the new location is excellent. The space is absolutely amazing, from the locker room to the sauna to the treatment rooms. Modern, super clean, very comfortable. I had Andrea for my body scrub and massage. Right from the start she was friendly and funny, making me feel super comfortable. She gave recommendations on how to get the most out of my treatments, she was knowledgeable, but most of all, she just had to the best massage touch. This is a professional who knows exactly what she’s doing and she does it so well. I’ve had quite a few massages in my life, but she is really something extraordinary. Absolutely recommend her. I had Savannah for my facial, and she was also just incredibly knowledgeable. I really respect that she didn’t ask me what my skin type was, she looked at it under the mag-lamp and assessed it herself (and her assessment was accurate). She also has such a gentle way about her and I was super comfortable and so relaxed throughout the treatment. She also gave me great recommendations on skincare products that I can’t wait to try. Every interaction with staff that I had in the spa just made me want to book again. Can’t say enough good things about them, and I can’t wait to come back to Seattle for another spa day.

I came here for a deep tissue massage. The staff were very friendly, and the space is clean with a great ambiance. Unfortunately, the massage itself was underwhelming for the price. I had asked to avoid bony areas, but much of the session focused on them, which was uncomfortable at times. At the end, there was also an accidental splash of water on my face when the therapist washed her hands. I didn’t request any added aromas, so this may be on me, but the massage oil had a strong fishy smell that lingered and required a shower afterward. Overall, 10/10 for the environment, but I likely wouldn’t return for a massage.

He’s a gem and really gifted! The spa ambiance is very nice, check and check out was quick and smooth. Everyone was very pleasant.
