RESET Mind & Body - Old Town Scottsdale

Beautiful place. Very relaxing and recharging. Glad I signed up as a member on my first visit and snagged an amazing deal by doing so 🙂 I encourage you to try this place if you need a RESET!

Love love love this place. We’re visiting Arizona from Michigan and used to doing a cold plunge almost everyday at home. Needless to say our second day in Arizona we were missing the euphoria and energy boost from the cold plunge. We reached out and Jaid helped us book our sessions right away, but not just for a cold plunge, an entire hour in the facility. We got to do red light therapy, compression boots, sauna, cold plunge and the hot tub! Needless to say we will be here everyday of our trip especially since Jaid told us about the 1 week package they offer. Naturally, everyone in there is so nice, I mean how can you not be in a good mood after the rush of dopamine and high blood flow from that cold water.

I've had an incredible experience with Reset Mind and Body, particularly with their Cold Plunge modality. The staff has been exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making every visit a pleasure. My membership has allowed me to enjoy the full benefits of the hot/ cold water therapy facility, and I couldn't be happier with the services provided. I highly recommend Reset Mind and Body for anyone looking for a top-notch wellness experience.

This place is amazing! My husband and I are from New Jersey and came for a small get away and wanted a quick "reset" prior to heading back to the normalcy of life. Christina walked us through all the different hydrotherapy/sauna/ red light therapy and normatec. She even helped me get through the cold plunge! The facility is very clean. Would definitely recommend

My first visit at RESET Mind & Body was nothing but everything I was looking for. The establishment was very clean, all and staff was very informative and friendly. I left feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world. It’s the perfect place to visit in a rest day, post travel or even adding to your Sunday ritual routine. If your local or just visiting definitely recommend booking a drop in, you won’t regret it. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Amazing studio! I absolutely loved the infrared sauna, the total body red light therapy, hydrotherapy and the compression therapy. I absolutely love this studio and will be coming back! The staff was so kind, helpful and attentive. It was so peaceful in there and I felt feeling relaxed and invigorated and inspired!

First time at RESET and it was so relaxing! Ali was amazing. She is so friendly and knowledgeable! I loved it so much I got a membership!
