Just Relax

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would but since I can’t, it gets one. My friend and I came here hoping for a relaxing, professional massage experience, and instead we left feeling violated, humiliated, and in extreme pain. Things seemed fine at first, but the moment the massages began, everything went downhill. The therapists barely used their hands at all and instead aggressively dug their elbows into our bodies. At multiple points they literally climbed on top of us, which was incredibly uncomfortable, unprofessional, and never explained or consented to. There was also absolutely no warning before hot stones were placed on my body. The lack of hygiene alone was disgusting and unacceptable. The woman massaging me burped directly in my face, and my friend’s therapist blew her nose and continued the massage without washing her hands. That alone should be enough to shut this place down. After the massage, I was left in more pain than I have ever experienced in my life. Every part of my body is sore to the point where I can barely move this was not "deep tissue," this was excessive force with no care for safety or well-being. There was no sense of privacy whatsoever. The rooms were separated only by thin dividers, and we could clearly hear the people next to us the entire time. On top of that, I felt deeply uncomfortable during the massage as the therapist repeatedly got dangerously close to areas I did not want touched, and I still do not understand why at any point my butt needed to be slapped. To make matters worse, the experience didn’t even end when the massage did. The receptionist refused to let us leave and aggressively pressured me into tipping. She was yelling at me and would not back down, even after the experience we had just endured. I felt trapped and intimidated. This was hands down the most upsetting, uncomfortable, and unprofessional experience I have ever had at a massage establishment. Because of the physical pain, lack of hygiene, inappropriate behavior, and the way we were treated afterward, I am formally requesting a full refund. No one should ever be subjected to an experience like this.

Whether you get a man or a woman, you will be massage from your head down to your toes and they do it strategically so it doesn’t ever hurt but takes every ounce of stress out of your body and feels like it is healing you as they massage. They use hot rocks and nice hot towels and massage your body with them to the point where you feel like you have literally healed in that hour and it is so worth every penny of the 60 or $70 for an hour massage. This is my fifth time in Scottsdale at just relax and I will always get a massage here when I’m in Scottsdale!

This may have been one of the best lower leg and foot reflexology sessions I have ever had. And on top of that, the prices are amazing. Vert friendly staff, clean and quiet facility and soft relaxing music. They don't try to up-sell you, totally recommend it!!

Ok just they don't give you the full 60 minutes. Started taking time from when you enter the room. So take 10 to 15 mns off while you take off your shoes and they get the water and take it back. And I always hate when they force you to leave 20 dls tip. But the guy was very good though. Just felt time was stolen.

I am not a relative, nor paid to write this. I'm simply a paying client of theirs. All I can say is that both Jason and Tom (both Masseuses) are incredible. When I say 'incredible', I don't say this lightly. They are better than many of the masseuses I've had at 5-Star resorts here in Scottsdale. In fact my son, husband and myself love them so much that we purchased 12, 90 min massages as a gift for each other. There is no need for me to visit a chiropractor anymore because after Jason's massages my back feels like I've had adjustments, PT and stretching sessions. Jason simply put me in a state of melt down where I tell him to call the police to get me off the table. You won't be disappointed. This is the absolute best massage place in Scottsdale by far. Great experience! First time in town , fair prices for massages, the facility is clean , staff has good communication. I had knots in my shoulders and they were given addition attention. Thank you!

My wife and I were briefly in town; we went here for a one hour foot massage. No appointment, but they were able to accommodate us on short notice. Very polite staff and they did a great job
