Relax & Recharge Spa

The staff are friendly and do a great job until they beg for more tips. I was planning on a 50% tip because she did a really good job, but she wanted more! They only take cash but there's an ATM in the lobby. Everything smelled clean and looked very nice. The rug by the front desk is a trip hazard however. They allow walk ins too. It was pretty quiet and that allows you to relax completely.

traffic bad on the 101 for Friday. decided to stop in and let traffic die down. I was a walk in, seemed like a nice place. all was ok, get to the massage. Decent, felt relaxing, But then I started to feel a bit uncomfortable because of accidental touching seemed not so accidental. She then asked if there was anything else I needed. I assume she was meaning "other services" as her hand was glazing over the small of my back. I declined, got dressed and left. I don't know what else to say. I doubt I will be returning

I’ve now had two massages at Relax and Recharge. Both have left me feeling so incredibly relaxed! My masseuse April took the time necessary to remove the knots in my back and neck. These are by far the best massages I’ve ever had in my life! I cannot recommend this spot enough!

I recently visited this Relax&Recharge Spa, and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and relaxation offered. The atmosphere was tranquil and inviting, creating the perfect escape from everyday stress. The staff were highly skilled and attentive, providing a personalized treatment that left me feeling completely revitalized. I left feeling renewed and refreshed. One thing that added to the convenience was the availability of an ATM machine inside the business, making payments hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Short review: Pros -Tons of availability -No perfume smells or strong scents -Clean facility -Nice, simple massage rooms -Offered cold bottled water -Fair pricing -Good location with lots of free parking -very nice owner Cons: -Language barrier made communication a bit difficult -Unclear on what the different types of massages were (combo is head-to-toe) Long review: First time trying this place. We called this morning and they were able to get us in almost anytime we wanted - amazing! We had a bit of difficulty with the language barrier in trying to explain that we wanted to pay separately but no big deal. We wanted to be in the same room and they were super accommodating in placing us in the 'couples' room (room with two beds). Once we got into the room the language barrier again made us a bit unsure how many of our clothes to take off (shorts on/off), but once they came back in we figured it out (shorts off). Both the massage ladies seemed very nice. I wanted a hard massage and my lady Cindy was fantastic at that. Highly recommend her. My friend said the other lady named Ella started off a bit too hard, but once she asked if he wanted softer (about 10 min in) he said it was very good and he actually fell asleep lol (my friends first massage). We did the combination massage which is $70pp for an hour. There was no description of what a combo massage was, but it is a head-to-toe experience. As someone who has a sensitivity to smells and massage oils with fragrance this place was perfect. The oil they use was scentless and they had no scents in the massage room. Bonus points for them massaging you with a damp warm towel after so you aren't all oily when you leave.

As soon as I came in, I felt very good here. The environment is good and the massage technicians are also good. My waist pain is relieved and it is worth coming again.

Edit 2 - April the manager is wonderful, like I mentioned, she truly *does* care! Proven by her referrals of the highly skilled therapists, Tina and Amy, whom both have provided the best massages I’ve ever had! I’m sure you can’t go wrong no matter who you are lucky enough to get at this great place! Additional star well earned! 😊 Edit - The manager contacted me personally to explain the situation. You have to appreciate that level of customer service…this business truly cares about their clients! 😊 Scheduled a day of couples massage for my girlfriend and I. Online booking was very smooth. Walked in 15mins early, greeted by a very nice lady who was apparently the manager. She brought us to the very relaxing couples massage room and instructed us to wear our "small pants" 😊, and start face down. Our therapists entered and got to work right away. Everything was going well until my therapist, who was also the aforementioned manager, became distracted by things outside of our room and seemed to leave me to attend to the other things (lots of conversations in non-English). This happened several times until there was apparently a different pair of hands on me (suddenly pace had become more relaxed and softer)…albeit temporarily because the manager is who eventually was the therapist who finished my massage. It was rather odd, but the massage overall was really good which is why the 4 stars vs less. The therapist my GF had was apparently great with no issues. We would definitely return to give them another shot.
