Agave, The Arizona Spa

Came here a couple weeks ago, and had a great time! Everyone was so friendly and nice and my massage was AMAZING! All the amenities are great, peaceful, and relaxing! Gigi was supper attentive! However, the only reason I’m giving this spa 3 stars is because I was very upset at the fact that a manager was very condescending towards Gigi in front of me. I could be wrong but I think her name was Maria? Anyways. Gigi was being helpful in getting me different shoes since I had been in the jacuzzi and got them wet and she had noticed and while she was getting me the sandals I had a conversation with the manager about my service which was a pretty nice and standard conversation and then Gigi came with my sandals and started handing them to me and she asked Gigi, "Gigi don’t you know it’s rude to interrupt when people are talking?" In such a rude tone and I found it very inappropriate to do it in front of a client. The conversation was practically over and regardless if it wasn’t she could have told her privately, Gigi didn’t even talk or anything just handed me the shoes. I find it unprofessional and unacceptable to treat your staff as such and in front of others. I did go to the main front desk to let management know but no one got to me on time so I decided to leave it at that. That interaction was uncomfortable so I just had to write a review. It’s a nice spa and reasonably priced but I don’t think I’ll be coming here again, I can’t support a place that is mean to their employees.

The spacious, well-designed pools are perfect for both relaxation and family fun. With plenty of loungers available and lush landscaping all around, it's an ideal spot to soak up the sun. The pool staff are attentive and friendly, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a perfect day by the water. For anyone seeking a getaway that combines luxury, relaxation, and exceptional service, Agave The Arizona Spa at Westin Kierland Spa and Resort is the perfect destination. Whether you’re there for a weekend retreat or a longer vacation, the spa and pool facilities will leave you feeling rejuvenated and deeply satisfied. I can’t wait to return!

My first time! I had so much fun.came here to celebrate a family member for their birthday and it was such a good time! I want to say thank you to one special person, she went above and beyond. Gigi thank you so much you made this such a fun experience. Everything was nice. Massage was great!

The spa is open concept and all locker rooms, hot tub, "quiet room" all have no doors. It is a very loud spa. Staff tours of guests are not in a whisper. Lots of noise, not relaxing. 20% gratuity required before your service.

I visited the spa for the gym as part of a stay beat the resort. The gym was well stocked with a variety of equipment, both cardio and weight training. It had a good selection of fresh towels, chilled and normal, as well as waters. The changing area is part of the spot, which is also very nice.

The best experience I had in a spa! From the spa selections and amenities. The staff went above and beyond making sure I was having the best time possible. If you’re lucky you will meet Gigi she’s too sweet. Also therapist Lynn was to nice and we had so much in common. And Lana was skilled and patient when she game a pedicure.

I recently visited Agave Spa at Westin Kierland for a girls' day and had an incredible experience! My massage therapist, Steven, truly worked wonders on my chronic back and shoulder pain. I don’t know what magic he performed, but I left feeling amazing! As someone who has seen many massage therapists over the years, I can confidently say that he is the best. Gigi, the spa attendant, also made my visit unforgettable. She deserves all the praise for her positive energy and for going above and beyond to ensure every person was taken care of. I will definitely be back soon! Highly recommend to anyone in need of relaxation and healing.
