HotSpring Spa and Patio, Santa Barbara

I had a great experience from Nick at HotSpring. I was looking at downsizing a seventeen year old spa, and he turned me on to the Tristar Spa from Freeflow Spas. A perfect fit for me. The old spa was removed, and the new one put in expertly. He recommended Efrem as an electrician who could get the job done, and it was completed expertly also.

The sales team at Hot Springs is first rate and the products are excellent. We had a good experience with the electrician that they recommended for the installation (Efrem R.) as well. He has the skills to handle all of the requirements for a new hot tub: wiring, concrete pad, landscaping, etc. We pulled a permit from the city for our hot tub and the inspector signed off on the installation with no questions at all.

We are super happy with our new Hot Springs Flash hot tub. They delivered it as scheduled and worked hard to install it precisely where we wanted it (tucked in between some tricky vegetation in our backyard). Efrem, who did the electrical work as well as the pad preparation, is particularly skilled and an excellent communicator (we'll hire him again for future projects).

The reviewer who wrote "the customer service here is really bad," was spot on. I ordered a spa cover on 4/4/24 (actually, I ordered it a day earlier but the establishment charged my card $300 on 4/4). I waited and waited, then called the establishment and the seemingly out-of-breath owner (I assume he is the owner) told me orders are slow in coming and he’ll call me when my cover is in. No call. On 5/14 I called the company that manufacturers the covers in Irvine, not Mongolia, and they need a web order number to track things. I call Hot Springs, get the web order number, call the manufacturer back and they’ll look into it. Turns out, my spa cover was delivered to Hot Springs a while ago and has been sitting "in the attic." To Hot Springs’ credit, the company delivered my cover within minutes and didn’t charge the $60 delivery fee. To the company’s discredit, If I hadn’t made multiple calls, my cover, after weeks of me paying $300, would likely still be sitting in the Hot Springs attic gathering dust.

Great experience from the time we walked into the store to the final delivery, setup, and the awaited soak! All done in a matter of 3 days from purchase. Especially happy with electrician the company selected (EfremReynosoEnterprise). We felt confident and relaxed with the electrical installation and the process was easy and painless financially and emotionally. Owner of the company called us and made sure we were happy and all was done according to plan. Currently awaiting the spa to heat up and then ENJOY 🙂 Job well done on all counts!! Would highly recommend!

We were very happy with our purchase from Hot Springs. The shop staff was great, and the installer was on time and knew his stuff. But the extra great highlight of our spa purchase was the electrician! The store highly recommended Efram Reynozo. We hired him. He ran power, to the spot where our spa was going ahead of the delivery day. Then he showed up right on time to finalize the last stage of electrical work as soon as the spa was positioned. We highly recommend Efram and Hot Springs Spas.

Delivery was ahead of promised day and minor glitches with the cover attachment were quickly addressed by the Hot Spring team. Getting used to the chemistry has been a learning curve, but Hot Springs has provided support to keep us soaking. The install electrical hook up involved attic climbing, sub-panels and a full day’s work. Gratefully Efren had us covered. He was there when the tub was delivered to line out the job and arrived early the next day with a great attitude and pro job. Been using it every night and loving it.
