I always love a sauna session at Flow! As a lymphatic therapist, I highly recommend regular sauna to my clients and it just feels so good to get this kind of body reset. The sauna at flow is always clean and well cared for. It is truly a little sanctuary. The cold lavender towel to wipe my body after my session is such a yummy touch that I look forward to as well.
The sauna at Flow Yoga & Wellness is very relaxing. It has infrared light that makes it unique and healing unlike other saunas. It can help with seasonal affective disorder, help balance your chakras and much more. Definitely worth trying it if you haven’t tried it.
Such a magical and healing experience! Would 100% recommend!
