This was my first time here and every single employee there made me feel comfortable and special. They made the experience quite enjoyable and they celebrated my wins at the end when I told them I completed a 5 min cold plunge. The place was very clean as well. And this experience was absolutely life changing. I am definitely going to remember this and I am definitely coming back!

We had an amazing experience! Came to relax and celebrate a 2 year anniversary!! The customer service at upon arrival was Fantastic, the cold plunge was so refreshing, the sauna was perfect, and the vitamin c shower Cherry On Top! Clean friendly very therapeutic experience! Thanks again to the Lady at front desk for the items I suddenly needed! She was great! 10/10 highly recommend!!

I absolutely love it here. They always remember my name, it's ALWAYS pristine and i constantly see them cleaning, they have tons of amenities, the room is always ready to go when i get there, they have netflix & hulu already logged in and connected to the sauna, they literally think of everything. No complaints here

AVOID THIS LOCATION I purchased a prepaid Contrast Therapy package in February 2024 for $258 at the Sandy Springs location. There is no expiration date listed anywhere on my receipt or email confirmation, and I was never verbally informed at the time of sale that the sessions would expire after six months. In fact, the sales person advised we could use the passes whenever we wanted which led to our decision to buy it. The studio was then closed for several months for renovations, which significantly limited my ability to use the package. When I now contacted the studio about using the remaining sessions, I was told they had expired and would not be honored. When I asked for documentation showing where the expiration policy was disclosed, or how sessions were extended during the closure, they could not provide anything. Instead, I was repeatedly told "all packages expire" without being shown where that was stated. The only solution offered was that I purchase a new package in order to attach the expired sessions. What made this experience worse was how rude and dismissive the communication was. My questions were met with curt responses, blame was shifted to me, and I was essentially told that if I wanted to leave a negative review, they "could not stop me." There was no effort to explain clearly, take responsibility, or resolve the issue professionally. Including that they do not even answer the phone so we had to communicate more inefficiently over text. This was extremely disappointing customer service and poor handling of a legitimate concern. If you buy a package here, get every single term in writing, because if there’s a dispute later, you may be met with hostility instead of help.

My favorite location, staff is awesome and the facility is immaculate it has an ultra modern minimalist luxury feel. The sauna cold plunge and vitamin c shower all in one suite is the perfect 60 min escape. Highly recommend this location, i drive out of my way to go here .

Absolutely amazing! The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facility was clean and very enjoyable! Parking was easy. I will definitely be back again. A great way to relax unwind and/or recover from strenuous workouts.
