Perspire Sauna Studio

I came here about 4 xs last month. I loved it! It doesn’t have the cold plunge but it’s definitely worth it. Grace helped me a few times . The place is really clean, I love the vibe and would recommend anyone.

I have been coming to this location for a year and some change and I always love my time here! I would also love to give a huge shout out to Aireaunna and Ellie. They are both extremely helpful they have worked with me so much and they’re always soo kind, friendly, and helpful. I’ve been to other locations but the people here at the Sandy springs location are the best!!!

Really great experience here. It was my first time and I was given a tour of the facility, as well as where everything was in my room and what each infrared light targeted in the body. The staff member explained the benefits of the membership without pressuring me to purchase. Loved being able to sweat while listening to my faves on YT. Strongly considering making this a monthly routine.

I loved everything about the facility. I have a chronic pain condition and heat is about the only thing that’s guaranteed to help. Being able to add blue light (to ease anxiety) to my private sauna while watching David Attenborough and sipping on coconut water is total luxury.

I absolutely love coming to the Sandy Springs location. The staff are always super friendly and helpful not to mention the fact I feel rejuvenated after my sauna session. The atmosphere was nice and inviting, the staff was friendly and it was a very relaxing experience. I will be back to get a membership so I can enjoy the full experience more often. I was extremely relaxed after my session and felt a difference with my body.

Staff is always friendly, and room is always set to desired temperature. Very clean. Excellent towels. Shower availability after sauna. TV with streaming services is a great option. Everything is always clean and neat!
