What an incredible experience! This infrared sauna studio is truly a hidden gem. The space is always immaculate, smells amazing, and feels like a peaceful retreat from the everyday hustle. Shawnta, the owner, is simply the best. She's warm, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable about the benefits of infrared therapy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ health and comfort. We absolutely loved our session and left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and cared for. Looking forward to many more visits and building a lasting wellness routine here. Highly recommended!

Great experience! Super friendly and welcoming. The best part is they have a beach chair type set up in the cabin so you can lay down comfortably. That’s not found in other places locally that I’ve seen. They also keep their cold towels in a very cold fridge vs in the room so they are super cold when you’re done. They also provide weights if you want to get a work out in. Top notch! Highly recommend

I had an incredible experience at Glow Sauna Studios! The sauna itself was amazing, providing the perfect relaxation and rejuvenation. The customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I especially loved the lavender refresher towels—they were such a luxurious touch! I’m already planning to return next week. Highly recommend!

I visited several sauna studios before choosing Glow – Sandy Springs, and the difference was immediate. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Shanta, the owner, whose warmth and care set the tone right away. I was instantly impressed by the vibe of the studio — beautiful music, incredibly clean, and so welcoming. I’ve been coming since August 2025 and I absolutely love it — especially what it’s done for my skin and my mood. It feels like a little oasis where I can step away, slow down, and truly focus on my self-care.

Amazing experience at Glow Sauna Studios Grand Opening! 🌟 Everyone was super friendly, especially owner Shawnta 🙏. They had raffles and giveaways, and I was lucky enough to win one 🎉 I love that they offer innovative services like red light therapy, which helps with skin rejuvenation, pain relief, and inflammation. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating. I highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their overall health and glow from the inside out 👍 5 stars!

Very happy I ran across glow and glad I decided to try it.never knew how many benefits infrared saunas can provide! This is a state of the Art facility.very clean very relaxing and Shawnta did a great job of explaining everything and helping me feel comfortable.it only took the first (try it) session to get me to commit to the membership! I will be spending a lot of time here and glad to call Glow sandy springs my sauna Therapy home! I recommend this place 10/10!!! Looking forward to making it part of my wellness maintenance /Routine journey!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting. It was well set up and it was an amazing experience. I felt rejuvenated when I left. I will be returning in a few weeks. I recommend anyone to give it a try. The owner was so kind and professional.
