Stay away from this place! Paid close to $600 to fix a leaking hot tub. After multiple rescheduling of diagnostic visits, they diagnosed a leak and charged $500 to fix it. Included in the $500 was a refilling fee and leak test. They claimed that the tub was not leaking after the repair. The tub is leaking even more than before! They now want to charge more money for diagnostics and repairs of other leaks.

Great job on a VERY difficult spa delivery and installation! Many thanks to Joe and his mighty crew for their heroic efforts to remove our old spa and install the new one. I appreciate their willingness to be collaborative on getting this project done. [And I got a great deal on the spa as an older floor model!]

The team was great, they were able quickly quite a fair price. They even picked up my old spa at my old house while I was working and deliver it to my new house without any hiccups. The team was communicative about status, eta and needs. They arrived exactly on time, leveled everything and were done in less than 20 minutes. I’ll be using these folks for all my spa needs going forward!

I’ve had several great experiences here. Today the staff seemed a bit, overwhelmed with a sudden rush however, he handled it well, answered all my questions troubleshooted the situation, and I was thankful for his efficiency. He also was helping other customers, and was able to juggle everything like a professional. You can probably find similar products online for a few dollars cheaper, but you’re waiting for shipping and you’re not supporting a local business.

Blackthorne has always been good at taking care of issues I have had with my spa. Luis the tech was helpful in diagnosis. Narrowed down the main issue to loss of power which in turn damaged motherboard. I soon went online to find a motherboard online that was half the price they quoted me. I appreciate the work done but will be completing the job myself.

Great sales experience. I did some comparison shopping, and the prices for the spas I wanted were pretty much equivalent. The Caldera Tahitian was the best fit for my needs. Rob took the time to explain the features and kept me informed of the progress. As expected, it took about 5 weeks for the spa to arrive as they are fabricated after the order is place. That gave me plenty of time to finish up the hardscape where the spa was to be placed. The installation went smoothly. My electrician had no issues hooking up the spa. We did run into a problem with the cover not having the security straps positioned correctly which was a manufacture defect. However, Blackthorne took care of the matter immediately and currently is having another cover made. Excellent customer service . I'm very pleased.

Blackthorn Spa/Pool has what you need for your pool or Spa. I needed my water sample from my pool tested so I could get Ph back to normal. As suspected Ph was off and Blackthorn was able to determine amount of chemical required based on gallon capacity of the pool. Purchased what I needed. Glad Blackthorn is close by.
