I book a massage with aquablue about 1-2 times a year. In the last couple of years I have ended up getting Amanda as my massage therapist not by request but buy happy coincidence. She is amazing at what she does, she shows care with her clients and makes you feel so welcomed and relaxed. Because of her amazing service I will continue to book with her more frequently.
Amanda was amazing! She listened, and understood exactly what I needed. My muscles feel 10x better. They take the time and ensure you feel welcome. They even have a relaxation room for before and after your massage. I did not feel rushed or pressured. I left feeling very relaxed and grounded.
Very professional and courteous staff. Lulu the masseuse was excellent. She is also very courteous and professional and did an excellent job. I've had her twice and she is wonderful. I highly recommend her to anyone.
I’ve been a loyal customer at Aquablue since December 2022, and I’ve always loved coming here. The atmosphere is beautiful, the waiting area is relaxing, and my wax lady is truly amazing—she’s kind, caring, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. Honestly, if it weren’t for her, I’d be giving this place 1 star instead of 4. That being said, I’m very disappointed with how the front desk continues to handle things. This is now the third time I’ve had issues with poor communication and lack of accountability. First incident: I rescheduled my appointment through the front desk, but they forgot to remove the original one from the system. My wax lady ended up waiting for me that morning because she thought I was still coming—it wasn’t her fault, but it was upsetting that the front desk made that mistake. Second incident: Before a trip to New Jersey, I got a call the day before asking to move my appointment because they had changed business hrs and accidentally booked it outside business hours. I was confused—how does that even happen? Later I found out the real reason was that the front desk didn’t want to stay late, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially to loyal customers and the estheticians who rely on their clients. Third incident (10/09): I received a text to confirm my appointment, but no calls, voicemails, or follow-up messages before my appointment was suddenly canceled. When I called the next day (10/10), I was told someone had "tried to reach me," which was completely FALSE—I checked my call history, messages, and voicemails. Love the cozy vibe and my massuese, Amanda ,was very nice and skilled. Would definitely recommend!
Very relaxing. I had the vacation in a day, with add ons of the soothing foot treatment and scalp tension tamer. I got the vacation in a day, which was great. However, i did not get the other packages I had asked for. I was charged for the services. If I did get them, there was no way for me to have known. Maybe let the client know that you are doing different services so they know they are getting what they pay for.
