Soak & Sage - A Social Wellness Spa

This place was 10/10. They had everything you could think of cool towels, regular towels, warm towels, snowballs (ice to rub on your body), scents to smell, a hot tub, cold plunge, steam room, sauna. The whole staff was amazing. Mikaela gave the absolute best massage I’ve ever had. I cannot wait to come back again. My body feels the best it ever has. My husband and I couldn’t stop talking about how zen we felt on the way home.

Amazing spa experience! This spa is absolutely wonderful. There is a great variety of saunas and steam rooms. all different, clean, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, perfect for switching off and recharging. Highly recommend this place to everyone who wants real relaxation!

I visited Soak & Sage yesterday and had such a great, grounding experience. The space is beautiful and calm, with a classic sauna and several other sauna options, so you can really tune into what your body needs. Everything feels clean, intentional, and thoughtfully designed. The service was excellent. Aromatherapy, a great selection of teas, and a very relaxed atmosphere where you don’t feel rushed at all. It genuinely feels like a place made for slowing down and resetting. The biggest result for me was after I left. I slept deeply and peacefully and woke up feeling refreshed and clear for the first time in a while. My body feels lighter and my mind is calm. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for real relaxation and recovery.

I’ve tried many saunas in Seattle and especially in New York, so I have a pretty solid reference point. For Seattle, this is a very high level. The biggest standout for me is cleanliness. Everything is spotless and clearly well maintained -and anyone who understands saunas knows how rare it is to keep that standard consistently. Best experience!!

This is the best spa i’ve been to hands down! I have gotten a few services from this place and the providers are so caring and put a lot of effort into the service being provided. The staff are so kind and attentive, the ambience is amazing, and I love the different amenities that are offered. The staff also prepare snowballs and cold towels that really help you stay nice and cool during your visit. The complimentary water and tea is a nice touch too. I will be coming back again and again:)

The staff are so attentive and professional, the place is always clean, and the amenities are perfect😍 I love the snowballs and cold towels they provide, the aromatherapies are also a nice addition to everything else. I also highly recommend their services, the estheticians and massage therapists are amazing!!

Absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to return. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the number of complimentary amenities really stood out—aromatherapy, tea, and sparkling water, just to name a few. The snowballs in the pools and saunas were such a refreshing touch. Truly a five-star experience! My only mixed feelings is I want to tell everyone I know but I know too many people and don’t want to blow up the spot 😂 go treat your self this was some of The best $ spent I can think of in awhile so close to my house hidden gems thank me later your welcome
