The women working is very rude kicked me out early and just so ungrateful, wish I'd had gone to a different place

After sending an email and two messages with no response. Here’s my honest review. We visited your CdA location yesterday for 2 heavenly pedicures. A few things I need to share from the customer’s perspective . My technician, Megan, was wonderful and kind. But…the second technician had no idea how to do the pedicure or operate the chair/footbath. Megan was continually having to teach her. While I appreciate her kindness, it was not a relaxing time. I’m confused why someone would be assigned to us that wasn’t trained properly. A big burden to Megan and very disruptive. . The hot towels the untrained tech used we completely stained with brown hair dye. They looked dirty and extremely unprofessional. . The ambiance of the pedicure spa area appears unfinished after leaving the beautiful waiting room. It felt more like a cheap quick nail salon. I paid $210 for the 2 pedicures with tips for both girls. Really not a spa experience. We’re locals so it was a real bummer.

I wanted massage but they offered me something else for big money. I said no and they kicked me out. Lol. Awkward and rude

Skinny lady was so rude. No massage because they told me different price before and different price when I came.

Liers. And very rude people. Toxic. They asked me extra money and I said i don't have it and they kicked me out.

The worst place for massage , I came for massage but asked me more than massage . Please watch out this place. Some one have to report to city of Renton about this place.this is not the right place for massage.

I absolutely love this place I had a couple blackheads removed from my ear today it was great I’ve been really self-conscious and wearing my hair down and finally I can put my hair back in a bun
