L&Y Wellness Massage Spa

This place is a complete SCAM. We received this as a wedding gift. We called and made an appointment for 2/17, they called me back to reschedule due to Chinese new year, which we did for 2/18. When we arrived we were told they are to busy to accommodate us. I said I made an appointment a week ago, the lady at the front made some phone calls. We waited 20 minutes for a second employee to show up. Once they did they started our service for a couples massage. We had two masseuses for about 10 minutes and then one of disappeared once a male voice was heard in the lobby area which lead to only on of us was being massaged. This went on for about 20mins. I asked my wife if anyone was massaging her and she said no. The lady then said someone else was on their way. Someone else showed up a few minutes later after one of the original masseuses had been talking on her phone in the massage room while giving one of us a massage. A second person finally showed up and both of us were being massaged, now 30mins into our hour massage. We had both only had physical massage for 10 minutes each. The two masseuses continued to talk and laugh very loudly while giving us very mediocre ‘rubs’. I asked them to stop talking and they laughed and continued to talk quietly. My wife spoke up and said she was done and didn’t want to continue. I agreed with her. They didn’t comply right away, were both sitting up half naked asking them to leave the room because we wanted to leave and not continue the massage. They finally left the room and we got dressed. The original lady came in saying sorry blaming it on the Chinese new year and no one wanting to work. She tried to swoon us with free gifts and a coupon for future massages. We said we will not be returning. At the end of the day they took out appointment for 2/18 after asking us to reschedule our original date we had on 2/17. At one point during this massage a KID was in our room, why is a child in a room with adults who are undressed on the table? Why was our door open?! This place needs to be investigated. It was the most wild experience. Be very weary of the other reviews. They do not reflect what is really going on here.

(visited July) First thing first, the massage was good. The masseuse used her knuckles/fingers to apply pressure without it being a deep tissue and it wasn't painful so the entire massage actually felt really good. The reason for the 3 stars is subjective on my part. For one like others have said the rooms are only separated by a curtain so it doesn't feel as private as other places. Second is that I'm used to being nude during massages but here they asked me to keep my underwear on. Now that wouldn't be a problem for most of you I assume but the thing is that when massaging my legs she had to pull up my boxer legs and that gave me a wedgie, and having a wedgie isn't actually comfortable for me. Those are the two reasons that others may not mind themselves but affected my feelings for this place.

They did not have our appointment on the schedule after I called and scheduled with them. We had to wait an hour to get our massage. I also called to confirm that I had purchased a couple's massage, and they said yes. It turned out I did not, and I had to unexpectedly pay more. They also said I needed to pay more for the tip after they were unsatisfied with the amount. One masseuse slapped my girlfriend's butt, which made her feel very uncomfortable. This was an overall bad experience. They hardly speak English so it is very hard to communicate with them. Please avoid this place.
