I cannot say enough about the amazing service, great products and customer service from the WaterTree store , employees and especially my salesman Collin. I receive great customer service during every purchase for products and great value with the purchase of my sauna. I recently purchased a Tylo sauna and every employee was great and provided advice for my purchase including the owners. My salesman, Collin, provided amazing customer service from purchase, delivery, set up and follow up to ensure all my needs were met to enjoy my new sauna. I had difficulty during setup which was no one’s issue but mine. He answered questions on the weekend and followed up to ensure all my issues were resolved. You don’t find this type of customer service in today’s market but WaterTree of Rapid City is a great company with outstanding employees that truly care that all your customer needs are met. You will not go wrong with any purchase from WaterTree.

TJ accomplished a difficult install of a hot tub cover for us. He met the challenge without becoming frustrated, making excuses or taking shortcuts. He was very respectful and humble throughout the task. TJ is without a doubt a valuable asset to your company.

This is a way-overdue review of the excellent service we got from Water Tree and especially from Robert when we purchased a hot tub in the spring. I am a questions-asker, and Robert was consistently available and so helpful with his answers. Owning and taking care of a hot tub was new and overwhelming for me. Robert made it manageable, even easy. We have now enjoyed it for over 6 months. If you are thinking about getting a hot tub, my husband and I could not more highly recommend doing so, and buying it from Water Tree. Their customer service from beginning to end is the best you can get.

We bought our first Spa from Pool and Spa Center in the 80's. We returned to upgrade to a larger spa and we also purchased an above ground pool. The staff have always been professional and super helpful when any water balancing challenges happened. Service has always been top notch. We recently bought a new Vanguard Hot Springs spa from them. We didn't look any where else because they have never disappointed us in sales or service. My husband and I hot tub every night. It's the best part of the day! Thank you to a great business for always being there for us!
