The Body Spa & Cryotherapy

I have been in the industry for nearly 20 years and Niko is a gifted massage therapist. I came into town for a family event and wasn’t feeling well. I scheduled a two hour massage and left feeling so relaxed and relieved. He is professional and very skilled at his craft. I was surprised to learn that he was fairly new to the industry but I told him he had a gift and not to let that interfere with his confidence. I highly recommended him to my family and friends there and even suggested he move to the area I’m from haha. When I left, I got to meet Tarah, the owner and talk more with Kelly, another massage practitioner. They showed me the space and all the incredible services being offered. As well as the stories of helping the local Veterans. If I lived nearby, this would be a regular stop for me. Or I may even try and work there. A beautiful place rooted in love and care. Lastly, the whole space was beautiful. I’ll be back when I’m in town again!

Niko is an amazing therapist. He really cares about his clients concerns. My first session with Niko was the best massage I had ever had to that point, and each subsequent session has been better. Each time I feel like I have regained more mobility and have a measure of pain relief. Niko is professional and caring. He ensures comfort levels are met, and his techniques are incredibly relaxing.

Have had massages twice in the last 2 months. Tom and Niko were both amazing. Tom hit some spots I didn’t even know I needed and it felt amazing. Niko worked on me after I had an injury and I felt completely recharged. Hands down the two best massages I’ve had. I will be back, self care is important! Staff is great too. Friendly, helpful, good at what they provide. Top notch place across the board!

I really enjoy my time with Jesi! Not only is she great at her job! The conversations we have are so much fun! I definitely recommend this place for any of your spa needs!

have been wanting to book a massage for weeks and luckily was able to schedule a next day 90 minute massage with crystal! we started with a short consult to go over any problem areas and injuries from my intake form. she was very thorough & kind and checked in with me throughout the massage. the space was cozy & calming! I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. would definitely recommend 🙂

Tara is a healer who does cranial therapy like I wish I did with my osteopathic training. She has natural skill which doesn’t come easy. Great human who will make a difference in many lives, with dedication to helping our veterans.

The Body Spa is the best, the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable, the massage was amazing Niko new exactly what he was doing and did an excellent job. This was my third time with Niko,this man has a gift. Very impress with him. I highly recommend The Body Spa,everyone is very friendly, Niko dose excellent job. Feels like I've known these people for a long time. They just make you feel at home.
