The Spa at Venetian Bay

Came for a long overdue deep muscle massage and i literally feel reborn. Pam was so strong, sweet, and gentle! i’ll definitely bring a friend next time 😸 perfect for a cold day!

What a wonderful atmosphere. Felt like a queen for a day. Very relaxing. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, had lunch and cucumber slices and ice towels on a relaxing chair until time for our faciles. Sam was amazing and she was very informative. All associates were Very professional, respectful and very helpful. Thank you for a very relaxing day. I plan to return. I live out of town but plan to make it part of trip when I visit.

I went here with my aunt for the first time and got luminous facial. Perla was the best esthetician I have ever worked with. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and created the most relaxing environment. My skin is quite literally GLOWING. The facilities at this spa are top notch - the prices are reasonable for the high-end services provided here. I cannot wait to go back and work with Perla again.

Very disappointed by my experience. We had an hour to enjoy the limited spa (tub/sauna/heated loungers,) before a massage. Upon entering the spa area, two women are yabbering loudly and constantly with each other. We go into the sauna...can hear them quite well still. I get up and find an attendant, ask her if she can ask them to tone it down. She had to find a manager. Meanwhile, the two continue to talk incessantly. 10 minutes later, Manager comes into spa area. She enters sauna (not going to the yabbering women)..says to me.."gee, I know it echos in here". ( (I'm thinking..I've never been in a spa area that isn't echo prown with all the hard walls), she then says " I can't ask them to stop talking". I ask, "isn't this a quiet area?". At this point she says she could ask them to be not so loud. (This is where I realized this is why she's the manager!). I said, that would be nice. She talks to the two verbally pecking hens, they somewhat lower the volume..but not much. A few minutes later Gabby girls get wrapped in a towel and split. Peace and serenity begins 20 minutes into our hour. However, at 1:45, 25 minutes later, two more lip flappers come in and talk incessantly over the pleasant hum if the waterfall. I'm no spa pro, but I've been in enough of them to know it's supposed to be quiet and serene. Not so at this place. If a gabfest doesn't bother you...this is your place. I don't plan to return. During the interlude between the lip flappers the manager came by and said. . ",how is everything?". I asked her.."why did you come to me and not address them straight away?" She reiterated it was echo-y in there and she could not ask them to STOP talking. That was never my request. I suggested she have a nice day.

My wife and I went in for couples massages and will definitely be back and requesting Annabell and Valerie again, they did an amazing job, highly recommend them! The amenities afterwards were super awesome and peaceful, great place to go and worth every penny! Alexis at the front counter made checking in and checking out a breeze as well, thanks for everything!

While the original experience itself was very disappointing, Katie’s response truly made a difference. She reached out directly, listened with genuine care, and took full responsibility by refunding my visit and restoring my gift card — which meant a lot. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to make things right restored my confidence in the spa. I truly appreciate her efforts and would be open to returning because of the way she handled the situation.

I have had my fair share of massages and I must say that Annye was amazing!! The facility is nice too. The sauna and hot tub were a perfect start. But the deep tissue massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. If you go here try and request Annye. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and made the experience even better.
